La prevenci\u00f3n permite mantenerse al d\u00eda, evitar malas pr\u00e1cticas y fortalecer relaciones laborales m\u00e1s sanas\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Maga\u00f1a Montiel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, explic\u00f3 que estas asesor\u00edas permiten a las empresas identificar aspectos clave de cumplimiento, como el respeto a los horarios y periodos de descanso, as\u00ed como la adecuada gesti\u00f3n del tiempo extraordinario.
