Ayuntamiento de Loreto, <strong>Dar\u00edo Davis Garayzar<\/strong>, junto al director de Obras P\u00fablicas y Asentamientos Humanos, <strong>Florentino Robles Osuna<\/strong>, anunciaron el pr\u00f3ximo arranque de los trabajos de pavimentaci\u00f3n con <strong>concreto hidr\u00e1ulico estampado<\/strong> en la calle Rosendo Robles, ubicada en el Centro Hist\u00f3rico de la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El funcionario inform\u00f3 que el proyecto ser\u00e1 ejecutado con recursos del Gobierno del Estado, a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Planeaci\u00f3n Urbana, Infraestructura, Movilidad, Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (SEPUIMM), con una inversi\u00f3n superior a <strong>6.5 millones de pesos<\/strong>, como parte de las acciones encaminadas a fortalecer la infraestructura urbana y mejorar la imagen del coraz\u00f3n hist\u00f3rico de Loreto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Garayzar agreg\u00f3 que esta obra contribuir\u00e1 a <strong>incrementar la plusval\u00eda de la zona<\/strong>, al favorecer la instalaci\u00f3n de nuevos comercios y servicios, al tratarse de una vialidad cercana al malec\u00f3n con gran atractivo para residentes y visitantes que diariamente recorren uno de los espacios m\u00e1s emblem\u00e1ticos del destino.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el director de Obras P\u00fablicas y Asentamientos Humanos, <strong>Florentino Robles Osuna<\/strong>, detall\u00f3 que el proyecto contempla el <strong>saneamiento de las redes de agua potable y drenaje<\/strong>, as\u00ed como la <strong>instalaci\u00f3n subterr\u00e1nea de cableado el\u00e9ctrico, telefon\u00eda e internet<\/strong>, acciones que se realizar\u00e1n en apego a la normatividad aplicable para los <strong>Pueblos M\u00e1gicos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, explic\u00f3 que la obra incluye <strong>estudios t\u00e9cnicos especializados y asesor\u00eda en ingenier\u00eda hidr\u00e1ulica<\/strong>, con el prop\u00f3sito de reducir la formaci\u00f3n de encharcamientos y permitir una evacuaci\u00f3n eficiente del agua durante la temporada de lluvias, considerando la cercan\u00eda de los mantos fre\u00e1ticos con la superficie y el mar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cEstas medidas buscan garantizar una infraestructura m\u00e1s funcional y duradera, acorde con las caracter\u00edsticas urbanas y ambientales del Centro Hist\u00f3rico, preservando al mismo tiempo la identidad arquitect\u00f3nica y tur\u00edstica de la ciudad\u201d, asever\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, se destac\u00f3 que esta obra forma parte de los compromisos asumidos por la alcaldesa <strong>Paz del Alma Ochoa Amador<\/strong>, con el respaldo del Gobierno del Estado, para <strong>fortalecer la infraestructura urbana y continuar renovando el rostro del Centro Hist\u00f3rico<\/strong>, considerado el coraz\u00f3n de la <strong>primera capital de las
