sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 399px) 100vw, 399px\" \/>La Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo, Bienestar y Desarrollo Social (STByDS) llev\u00f3 a cabo la Primera Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria 2026 del Comit\u00e9 de Control y Desempe\u00f1o Institucional (COCODI), encabezada por el titular de la dependencia, Omar Antonio Zavala Ag\u00fandez, con el prop\u00f3sito de revisar resultados y consolidar los mecanismos de transparencia y control interno en beneficio de la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En este marco se destac\u00f3 que, por segundo a\u00f1o consecutivo, la Secretar\u00eda cumpli\u00f3 con el 100 por ciento de las solicitudes de informaci\u00f3n recibidas durante 2025, resultado que refleja el compromiso de la instituci\u00f3n con el acceso a la informaci\u00f3n y la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Durante la reuni\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se presentaron avances en materia de cuenta p\u00fablica, transparencia, integridad del servicio p\u00fablico, as\u00ed como en procesos de auditor\u00eda y fiscalizaci\u00f3n, acciones que contribuyen a fortalecer la supervisi\u00f3n interna y garantizar que las actividades de la dependencia se realicen con apego a la legalidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, se dio a conocer el cierre del cuarto trimestre del Plan de Trabajo de Control Interno (PTCI) 2025, adem\u00e1s de la propuesta correspondiente para 2026, instrumento que permite identificar \u00e1reas de mejora, prevenir riesgos administrativos y asegurar un ejercicio responsable de los recursos p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De igual forma, se expuso el cierre del cuarto trimestre del Plan de Trabajo de Administraci\u00f3n de Riesgos (PTAR) 2025 y la planeaci\u00f3n para 2026, herramientas que facilitan anticipar y atender posibles situaciones que pudieran afectar la operaci\u00f3n de la dependencia, contribuyendo a una gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica m\u00e1s ordenada y confiable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El secretario destac\u00f3 que el COCODI representa un espacio fundamental para revisar procesos, fortalecer la gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica y consolidar instituciones m\u00e1s s\u00f3lidas y responsables.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cEstos espacios nos permiten analizar c\u00f3mo estamos trabajando, mejorar procedimientos y garantizar que cada acci\u00f3n de la Secretar\u00eda se traduzca en mejores resultados para las y los sudcalifornianos\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;
