California Sur exhort\u00f3 al Ayuntamiento de Los Cabos a fortalecer las acciones, estrategias y operativos relacionados con la recolecci\u00f3n de basura y el manejo integral de residuos s\u00f3lidos, as\u00ed como a implementar un programa permanente de descacharrizaci\u00f3n mediante jornadas peri\u00f3dicas en distintas colonias del municipio.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>El punto de acuerdo fue presentado por la diputada Mar\u00eda Cristina Contreras Rebollo, integrante de la fracci\u00f3n parlamentaria de Morena, quien se\u00f1al\u00f3 que una de las principales preocupaciones de la ciudadan\u00eda en Los Cabos es la creciente acumulaci\u00f3n de basura en espacios p\u00fablicos, vialidades, lotes bald\u00edos y zonas habitacionales, problem\u00e1tica que se ha intensificado en \u00e1reas con alta densidad poblacional y acelerado crecimiento urbano.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Desde tribuna, la legisladora advirti\u00f3 que esta situaci\u00f3n evidencia un rezago en la capacidad operativa del servicio de recolecci\u00f3n de residuos s\u00f3lidos, donde la generaci\u00f3n de basura ha superado la cobertura efectiva del servicio municipal, lo que demanda acciones urgentes y sostenidas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Asimismo, destac\u00f3 que la inadecuada gesti\u00f3n de los residuos no solo representa un problema urbano, sino tambi\u00e9n un riesgo ambiental significativo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Durante el an\u00e1lisis del exhorto, las diputadas Alondra Torres Garc\u00eda y Lupita Salda\u00f1a Cisneros, as\u00ed como el diputado Fabrizio del Castillo Miranda, expresaron su respaldo a la propuesta, al tiempo que plantearon diversos ajustes para fortalecerla.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>En ese sentido, la diputada Alondra Torres Garc\u00eda solicit\u00f3 incorporar el llamado a las autoridades municipales para que den respuesta oportuna a los oficios enviados por representantes populares, destacando que entre las principales demandas ciudadanas se encuentran la falta de agua y deficiencias en los servicios p\u00fablicos; Por su parte, el diputado Fabrizio del Castillo Miranda propuso ampliar el alcance del exhorto para incluir a los municipios de Loreto y Muleg\u00e9, con el objetivo de mitigar el impacto negativo de la acumulaci\u00f3n de chatarra y residuos en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>En tanto, la diputada Lupita Salda\u00f1a Cisneros plante\u00f3 la necesidad de que los municipios rindan cuentas sobre la aplicaci\u00f3n de los recursos destinados al saneamiento ambiental, a fin de garantizar su uso eficiente y transparente.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"
