Asimismo, se solicita informar al Congreso sobre el avance de cualquier procedimiento legal que ya se encuentre en curso.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>De igual forma, se contempla que, una vez agotadas las v\u00edas legales correspondientes, se analice la posibilidad de solicitar al Ejecutivo estatal la expropiaci\u00f3n del predio por causa de utilidad p\u00fablica, a fin de que sea destinado formalmente como \u00e1rea verde del fraccionamiento.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>La propuesta responde a la demanda de vecinos de Country del Mar, quienes desde 2009 han solicitado la intervenci\u00f3n de las autoridades para preservar este espacio que, de acuerdo con registros catastrales y documentaci\u00f3n oficial, se manten\u00eda hasta 2024 como \u00e1rea verde, de donaci\u00f3n y no edificable, conforme al proyecto original del desarrollo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>El predio, con una superficie superior a los 3 mil 300 metros cuadrados, fue concebido desde su origen como parque y \u00e1rea verde comunitaria. Durante a\u00f1os, ha sido utilizado por residentes para actividades como reforestaci\u00f3n, jornadas de limpieza y la instalaci\u00f3n de juegos infantiles obtenidos mediante donaciones.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Cabe destacar que en el subsuelo del terreno se localizan tuber\u00edas de agua potable y l\u00edneas de la Comisi\u00f3n Federal de Electricidad que abastecen al fraccionamiento, lo que refuerza su car\u00e1cter de uso comunitario.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>No obstante, en 2025 se coloc\u00f3 un letrero con la leyenda \u201cPropiedad Privada\u201d, lo que gener\u00f3 inquietud entre los habitantes, quienes reiteraron su llamado a las autoridades para esclarecer la situaci\u00f3n legal del predio y garantizar su destino como espacio p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p align=\"center\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Durante el debate, se pronunciaron a favor las diputadas Lupita Salda\u00f1a Cisneros y Mar\u00eda Cristina Contreras Rebollo, donde destacaron que este tema le duele a Los Cabos, pues en diversas colonias debido a la corrupci\u00f3n entre autoridades y desarrolladores, por eso no hay parques, escuelas, iglesias, pese a que la Ley establece que la comunidad tenga su espacio recreativo, y atender la petici\u00f3n es un trabajo de los regidores, alcaldes, s\u00edndicos y legisladores; pidieron que se respete la ley, a la gente, porque est\u00e1 en juego no solo el predio sino el derecho de las personas, es un caso que amerita una revisi\u00f3n seria.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En sesi\u00f3n ordinaria, el Congreso del Estado aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad un punto de acuerdo presentado por la diputada Alondra Torres<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":162900,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-162899","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
