\"\"La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE), informa que de acuerdo a las investigaciones de especialistas de Servicios Periciales efectuadas en el cuerpo sin vida de una persona del sexo masculino localizado el mediod\u00eda del s\u00e1bado 4 de abril en un motel ubicado en calle Yeneka y Florezca, en la colonia San Bernab\u00e9, en San Jos\u00e9 del Cabo, fue por intoxicaci\u00f3n por estupefacientes.<\/p>\n

\nLa PGJE recibi\u00f3 el reporte de una persona del sexo masculino sin vida en el citado lugar, por lo que peritos y agentes Estatales de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal (AEIC) acudieron al lugar y corroboraron lo anterior, localizaron sobre la cama de una de las habitaciones el cuerpo sin vida, sin indicios de violencia en el lugar, de una persona del sexo masculino, quien contaba con 36 a\u00f1os de edad, de 1.86 metros aproximadamente de estatura y 95 kilos de peso, vest\u00eda un short color azul.<\/p>\n

\nPor lo anterior el personal de la PGJE se hizo cargo del lugar de intervenci\u00f3n, orden\u00f3 el levantamiento y traslado del cuerpo al Servicio M\u00e9dico Forense (Semefo) para la pr\u00e1ctica de la necropsia de ley, mediante la cual no encontraron signos de violencia en el cuerpo.<\/p>\n

\nLos especialistas forenses realizaron los peritajes necesarios con todos y cada uno de los datos de prueba y evidencias que se encontraron en el lugar de los hechos, no encontraron huellas de violencia en el sitio, ni en el cuerpo del occiso.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
