{"id":163438,"date":"2026-04-07T13:19:52","date_gmt":"2026-04-07T19:19:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=163438"},"modified":"2026-04-07T13:19:52","modified_gmt":"2026-04-07T19:19:52","slug":"proponen-anadir-a-la-comision-de-ecologia-y-medio-ambiente-la-denominacion-de-recursos-naturales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=163438","title":{"rendered":"Proponen a\u00f1adir a la Comisi\u00f3n de Ecolog\u00eda y Medio Ambiente la denominaci\u00f3n de \u201cRecursos Naturales\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-163439 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/DIP-ERICK-IVAN-AGUNDEZ-CERVANTES-260407-2-739x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"385\" height=\"256\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/DIP-ERICK-IVAN-AGUNDEZ-CERVANTES-260407-2-739x492.jpg 739w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/DIP-ERICK-IVAN-AGUNDEZ-CERVANTES-260407-2-1024x681.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/DIP-ERICK-IVAN-AGUNDEZ-CERVANTES-260407-2-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/DIP-ERICK-IVAN-AGUNDEZ-CERVANTES-260407-2-768x511.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/DIP-ERICK-IVAN-AGUNDEZ-CERVANTES-260407-2-1536x1022.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/DIP-ERICK-IVAN-AGUNDEZ-CERVANTES-260407-2-2048x1363.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 385px) 100vw, 385px\" \/>Este 7 de abril, en sesi\u00f3n p\u00fablica ordinaria, el diputado Erick Ivan Agundez Cervantes present\u00f3 al pleno de la XVII Legislatura en el Congreso del Estado de BCS una iniciativa mediante la cual se busca actualizar el \u00e1mbito de aplicaci\u00f3n de la actualmente nombrada Comisi\u00f3n de Ecolog\u00eda, Medio Ambiente, con el objeto de que la legislaci\u00f3n y\/o normativa vigente pueda enfrentar los desaf\u00edos ambientales contempor\u00e1neos, garantizando la sostenibilidad y la protecci\u00f3n de los ecosistemas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cEsta actualizaci\u00f3n permite gestionar eficazmente la crisis clim\u00e1tica, la p\u00e9rdida de biodiversidad y la contaminaci\u00f3n, asegurando que las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas aborden problemas actuales y futuros\u201d, sentenci\u00f3 el legislador Erick Ivan Agundez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, adem\u00e1s de lo anterior, se busca tener un \u00e1mbito definido con el prop\u00f3sito de que la comisi\u00f3n sepa exactamente qu\u00e9 temas le corresponden, evitando duplicidad de funciones con otras comisiones, ya que al tener un enfoque actualizado, la comisi\u00f3n podr\u00e1 evaluar mejor las propuestas legislativas, asegurando que cumplan con criterios ambientales modernos y sostenibles, integrando temas prioritarios como cambio clim\u00e1tico, econom\u00eda circular, transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica y residuos s\u00f3lidos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Finalmente precis\u00f3 que la actualizaci\u00f3n en el \u00e1mbito competencial de la comisi\u00f3n atiende tambi\u00e9n a los est\u00e1ndares nacionales e internacionales integr\u00e1ndose como materia de estudio y dictamen de la comisi\u00f3n, todo lo que se refiera a las iniciativas de ley o modificaciones, relacionadas con la materia ambiental, la legislaci\u00f3n en materia forestal, de residuos s\u00f3lidos, econom\u00eda circular y de cambio clim\u00e1tico, adem\u00e1s de la protecci\u00f3n y preservaci\u00f3n de las \u00e1reas naturales protegidas, el impulso al desarrollo sustentable, transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica, econom\u00eda circular y uso eficiente de recursos y medio ambiente y todo lo relativo a la contaminaci\u00f3n del ambiente.
