Jacinto, integrante de la fracci\u00f3n parlamentaria de MORENA, present\u00f3 una iniciativa con proyecto de decreto para reformar la Ley de Desarrollo Urbano del Estado, con el objetivo de mejorar la planeaci\u00f3n de fraccionamientos y garantizar mejores condiciones de vivienda para las familias sudcalifornianas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>La propuesta establece que el Ejecutivo Estatal, por conducto de la Secretar\u00eda de Planeaci\u00f3n Urbana e Infraestructura y en coordinaci\u00f3n con las autoridades municipales, promover\u00e1 y ejecutar\u00e1 acciones para el desarrollo de fraccionamientos y conjuntos habitacionales de car\u00e1cter popular, de inter\u00e9s social o de crecimiento progresivo, aprovechando para ello las reservas territoriales disponibles.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Asimismo, contempla que para el desarrollo de estos programas, el Gobierno del Estado podr\u00e1 celebrar convenios con los ayuntamientos, el Instituto de Vivienda del Estado y las dependencias federales que otorgan cr\u00e9ditos para vivienda, con el fin de hacer m\u00e1s eficiente y accesible el acceso de la poblaci\u00f3n a estos programas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Entre los cambios se establece que, antes de autorizar nuevos fraccionamientos a desarrolladores que ya hayan construido anteriormente, los ayuntamientos deber\u00e1n realizar auditor\u00edas t\u00e9cnicas para verificar la calidad de la infraestructura en proyectos previos, como pavimentaci\u00f3n, drenaje, alumbrado p\u00fablico y banquetas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>La iniciativa tambi\u00e9n propone que, del 10 por ciento del \u00e1rea lotificable que los desarrolladores deben donar al municipio, el 60 por ciento se destine a parques, jardines y espacios recreativos, mientras que el 40 por ciento restante se utilice para equipamiento urbano, con el fin de garantizar espacios p\u00fablicos que contribuyan al bienestar de las comunidades.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Con estas reformas se busca garantizar mejor infraestructura, espacios p\u00fablicos y un crecimiento urbano ordenado en beneficio de las familias sudcalifornianas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>La iniciativa fue turnada a la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Desarrollo Urbano, Infraestructura y Obra P\u00fablica para su an\u00e1lisis y dictaminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align:
