\"\"Con el prop\u00f3sito de fortalecer el bienestar de las familias sudcalifornianas, el Sistema Estatal para el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia (SEDIF) invita a participar en cursos gratuitos de capacitaci\u00f3n para el autoempleo y actividades comunitarias en los Puntos de Encuentro Comunitario (PEC), inform\u00f3 la coordinadora de Bienestar Comunitario, Am\u00e9rica Lilibeth N\u00fa\u00f1ez N\u00fa\u00f1ez.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Las actividades se desarrollan en los PEC ubicados en Loma Linda, 8 de octubre y Villas de Guadalupe, en La Paz; El Caribe, en Cabo San Lucas; y Agricultores, en Ciudad Constituci\u00f3n, municipio de Comond\u00fa.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

La capacitaci\u00f3n para el autoempleo est\u00e1 orientada al desarrollo de habilidades productivas y al emprendimiento, con herramientas para iniciar negocios propios y contribuir al sustento familiar; adem\u00e1s, todos los cursos son gratuitos e incluyen material b\u00e1sico de trabajo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

En estos espacios se ofrecen disciplinas como box, karate, ajedrez y skateboarding, as\u00ed como danza contempor\u00e1nea, folkl\u00f3rica y afromexicana, adem\u00e1s de talleres art\u00edsticos y culturales.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Tambi\u00e9n se brindan servicios de atenci\u00f3n psicol\u00f3gica y nutricional, pl\u00e1ticas informativas y actividades recreativas para personas adultas mayores, disponibles igualmente en la Casa de D\u00eda y en Centros de Desarrollo Comunitario de los sistemas DIF municipales.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
