\"\"La XVII Legislatura del Congreso del Estado de Baja California Sur exhortar\u00e1\u00a0a la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano (SEDATU) para que la secretar\u00eda garantice de manera inmediata oficinas dignas, funcionales y accesibles para los usuarios de la representaci\u00f3n del Registro Agrario Nacional (RAN) en el Estado de Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Hasta la tribuna legislativa lleg\u00f3 la denuncia ciudadana de las condiciones de la oficina del RAN en La Paz, a trav\u00e9s de una\u00a0proposici\u00f3n con punto de acuerdo presentada por el diputado Venustiano P\u00e9rez S\u00e1nchez (MORENA), quien ratific\u00f3 que usuarios le manifestaron las condiciones \u00ednfimas en las que despacha la dependencia.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

En diciembre de 2025, dej\u00f3 sus oficinas en la calle Marcelo Rubio, del centro de la ciudad, para trasladarse a la subdelegaci\u00f3n de San Pedro y, posteriormente y a la fecha, a la Subdelegaci\u00f3n del Ejido Chametla.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

El legislador asent\u00f3 que la dependencia ocupa un inmueble sin energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica, sin internet y sin condiciones dignas tanto para sus trabajadores como para el servicio a los usuarios.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

El punto de acuerdo avalado por unanimidad por la asamblea llama a la secretaria Edna Vega Rangel, para que tome cartas en el asunto y supervise que el nuevo inmueble cumpla con las condiciones de calidad, digna y eficiente, e incluso se considere la ocupaci\u00f3n del edificio que ocup\u00f3 por a\u00f1os la Secretar\u00eda de Econom\u00eda en El Conchalito, tambi\u00e9n propiedad del gobierno federal.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

As\u00ed mismo, solicita a la SEDATU que informe al poder legislativo en un plazo no mayor a 30 d\u00edas sobre las acciones que emprendan de mejora, equipamiento y, en su caso, adecuaciones presupuestales destinadas a las oficinas del RAN en el Estado de BCS.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Subray\u00f3 la urgencia de que los tr\u00e1mites, servicios, notificaciones, acuerdos y dem\u00e1s asuntos que lleva el RAN se brinden con eficiencia a los usuarios del estado.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

En la discusi\u00f3n del tema, a favor los diputados del PRI Fabrizio del Castillo y del PVEM Erick Agundez Cervantes reconocieron la funci\u00f3n de trabajadores quienes reguardan el acervo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

\u201cSi la federaci\u00f3n no los apoya, no se puede hacer nada\u201d, dijo del Castillo, en tanto Agundez se refiri\u00f3 a la necesidad de garantizar condiciones de seguridad para la planta laboral y solicito que se incorpore un programa interno de protecci\u00f3n civil en el acuerdo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
