legislaci\u00f3n estatal con el marco normativo federal en materia educativa, el diputado Erick Iv\u00e1n Ag\u00fandez Cervantes, representante del Partido Verde Ecologista de M\u00e9xico en la XVII Legislatura, present\u00f3 una Iniciativa con Proyecto de Decreto para reformar y adicionar diversas disposiciones a la Ley de Educaci\u00f3n del Estado de Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>La propuesta responde a las reformas recientes a la Ley General de Educaci\u00f3n publicadas en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n el 15 de enero de 2026, las cuales establecen la incorporaci\u00f3n transversal de la perspectiva de g\u00e9nero, el fomento a la igualdad sustantiva entre mujeres y hombres, as\u00ed como la implementaci\u00f3n de acciones para prevenir y atender la violencia en los entornos educativos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>El legislador destac\u00f3 que resulta necesario actualizar el marco jur\u00eddico estatal para garantizar una educaci\u00f3n inclusiva, equitativa y con enfoque de derechos humanos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Entre los principales cambios propuestos, contempla fortalecer el combate a la discriminaci\u00f3n y a las violencias, especialmente las que afectan a ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os, adolescentes y mujeres; incorporar la perspectiva de g\u00e9nero de manera transversal en los procesos educativos; y promover el derecho a una vida libre de violencias dentro de la comunidad escolar.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Agundez Cervantes plante\u00f3 que las autoridades educativas deben implementar protocolos de actuaci\u00f3n para la prevenci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n de la violencia en el entorno escolar, incluyendo mecanismos para la detecci\u00f3n oportuna, la atenci\u00f3n de casos de hostigamiento y acoso sexual, as\u00ed como la resoluci\u00f3n pac\u00edfica de conflictos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>La iniciativa tambi\u00e9n contempla el fortalecimiento de pol\u00edticas incluyentes, con enfoque diferenciado y de g\u00e9nero, orientadas a garantizar el acceso, permanencia y continuidad de los estudios, especialmente en grupos en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La iniciativa fue turnada a la Comisi\u00f3n de Asuntos Educativos para
