Movilidad, Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (SEPUIMM) promueve la cultura de la certeza jur\u00eddica en las operaciones inmobiliarias en Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En este sentido, la directora de Planeaci\u00f3n Urbana, Sandra de Jes\u00fas Bautista Cota, inform\u00f3 que en La Paz se realiz\u00f3 la primera pl\u00e1tica dirigida a agentes profesionales inmobiliarios, enfocada en fortalecer su responsabilidad \u00e9tica y legal, conforme a la normativa estatal vigente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Durante la capacitaci\u00f3n, se expusieron los criterios que deben cumplir los proyectos habitacionales y lotes para considerarse viables, as\u00ed como los requisitos en materia territorial, ambiental y de protecci\u00f3n civil, con el fin de reducir posibles afectaciones patrimoniales y garantizar condiciones seguras para las personas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, se destac\u00f3 la importancia de consultar el Atlas de Riesgo antes de adquirir un terreno, a fin de evitar zonas vulnerables a inundaciones o deslaves que puedan comprometer la seguridad de las familias y la certeza legal de los bienes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La servidora p\u00fablica se\u00f1al\u00f3 que estas acciones continuar\u00e1n en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Secretar\u00eda de Turismo y Econom\u00eda (SETUE), instancia responsable de regular el registro de agentes profesionales inmobiliarios en la entidad, el cual puede consultarse en: <a href=\"https:\/\/setuesbcs.gob.mx\/rapi\/\">https:\/\/setuesbcs.gob.mx\/rapi\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Para orientaci\u00f3n, la SEPUIMM pone a disposici\u00f3n el correo direcciondeplaneacionurbana@gmail.com, adem\u00e1s de atenci\u00f3n directa en la Direcci\u00f3n de Planeaci\u00f3n Urbana, ubicada en el segundo piso del Palacio de Gobierno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, el Gobierno del Estado reiter\u00f3 el llamado a este sector a conducirse con apego a la ley y contribuir a un desarrollo ordenado, sostenible y con justicia social, que garantice entornos seguros
