{"id":164335,"date":"2026-04-24T13:51:52","date_gmt":"2026-04-24T19:51:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=164335"},"modified":"2026-04-24T13:51:52","modified_gmt":"2026-04-24T19:51:52","slug":"diputada-cristina-contreras-presenta-reforma-a-la-ley-de-educacion-para-fortalecer-la-cultura-del-cuidado-del-agua-en-bcs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=164335","title":{"rendered":"Diputada Cristina Contreras presenta reforma a la Ley de Educaci\u00f3n para fortalecer la cultura del cuidado del agua en BCS"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-164336 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/DIP-CRISTINA-CONTRERAS-REBOLLO-260423-4-739x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"388\" height=\"258\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/DIP-CRISTINA-CONTRERAS-REBOLLO-260423-4-739x492.jpg 739w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/DIP-CRISTINA-CONTRERAS-REBOLLO-260423-4-1024x681.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/DIP-CRISTINA-CONTRERAS-REBOLLO-260423-4-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/DIP-CRISTINA-CONTRERAS-REBOLLO-260423-4-768x511.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/DIP-CRISTINA-CONTRERAS-REBOLLO-260423-4-1536x1022.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/DIP-CRISTINA-CONTRERAS-REBOLLO-260423-4-2048x1363.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 388px) 100vw, 388px\" \/>Para fortalecer desde el \u00e1mbito educativo la conciencia social sobre el cuidado del agua, la diputada Mar\u00eda Cristina Contreras Rebollo, integrante de la fracci\u00f3n parlamentaria de MORENA en la XVII Legislatura, present\u00f3 ante el Congreso del Estado una iniciativa con proyecto de decreto para reformar diversas disposiciones de la Ley de Educaci\u00f3n del Estado de Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>La propuesta legislativa plantea reformar las fracciones IV del art\u00edculo 11 y la XVI del art\u00edculo 58 de la legislaci\u00f3n estatal, a fin de incorporar de manera expresa la cultura del cuidado, uso eficiente, reutilizaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n sustentable del agua como parte de los principios y contenidos que deben ser impulsados en la educaci\u00f3n de las y los sudcalifornianos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>La legisladora sostuvo que en Baja California Sur el agua representa uno de los desaf\u00edos m\u00e1s sensibles y permanentes para el desarrollo de la entidad, por lo que ya no puede seguir trat\u00e1ndose \u00fanicamente como un tema ambiental gen\u00e9rico, sino como un eje prioritario de formaci\u00f3n social y educativa.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Cristina Contreras Rebollo expuso que, si bien la Ley de Educaci\u00f3n ya contempla disposiciones relacionadas con la sostenibilidad\u00a0 y la educaci\u00f3n ambiental, el tema del agua no aparece mencionado de manera expresa, pese a tratarse de un asunto estrat\u00e9gico para Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>En ese sentido, subray\u00f3 que incorporar este concepto de forma puntual en la ley permitir\u00e1 darle mayor fuerza normativa, visibilidad y mejores condiciones para orientar contenidos formativos, pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas y acciones educativas vinculadas a la realidad regional.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>En la presentaci\u00f3n de la iniciativa, la legisladora reconoci\u00f3 que la educaci\u00f3n cumple una funci\u00f3n preventiva y multiplicadora, ya que desde edades tempranas puede fomentar h\u00e1bitos de ahorro, uso responsable y valoraci\u00f3n del agua, proyect\u00e1ndose hacia las familias y comunidades.
