Asimismo, advirti\u00f3 sobre el incremento de riesgos asociados a la salud mental, la dependencia tecnol\u00f3gica y la exposici\u00f3n a contenidos inapropiados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En la exposici\u00f3n de motivos, el diputado Ag\u00fandez Cervantes destac\u00f3 que organismos internacionales como la UNESCO han recomendado restringir el uso de tel\u00e9fonos inteligentes en las escuelas, al considerar que su presencia puede interferir en el aprendizaje y afectar el bienestar emocional del alumnado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La iniciativa establece que la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica deber\u00e1 contemplar en sus protocolos disposiciones destinadas a regular el uso de estos dispositivos, garantizando el respeto a los derechos humanos, la intimidad y el inter\u00e9s superior de la ni\u00f1ez.
