Actualmente, dicha figura puede eximir de pena a familiares que incurran en encubrimiento, salvo en casos de homicidio y feminicidio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El legislador morenista\u00a0se\u00f1al\u00f3 que esta reforma busca cerrar un vac\u00edo legal que permite la impunidad de quienes, teniendo v\u00ednculos familiares con una persona agresora, ayudan a ocultarla, destruir evidencia, financiar su fuga o presionar a las v\u00edctimas para no denunciar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La iniciativa propone que la excusa absolutoria no aplique en delitos como violaci\u00f3n, abuso sexual, hostigamiento, acoso sexual, corrupci\u00f3n de menores, pornograf\u00eda infantil, lenocinio, ciberacoso sexual, estupro, incesto y violaci\u00f3n a la intimidad sexual, cuando la v\u00edctima sea menor de edad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En el documento presentado en tribuna se plantea tambi\u00e9n aumentar en una mitad la pena prevista para el delito de encubrimiento cuando la persona encubridora proporcione recursos econ\u00f3micos, materiales o log\u00edsticos para sustraer al responsable de la acci\u00f3n de la justicia, altere o destruya indicios, o coaccione, intimide o amenace a la v\u00edctima o testigos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">P\u00e9rez S\u00e1nchez sostuvo que el inter\u00e9s superior de la ni\u00f1ez obliga a las autoridades a eliminar obst\u00e1culos legales que favorezcan la impunidad, especialmente en casos de violencia sexual intrafamiliar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La iniciativa fue turnada a las comisiones unidas de Puntos Constitucionales y de Igualdad de G\u00e9nero para su an\u00e1lisis y dictaminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con el prop\u00f3sito de fortalecer la protecci\u00f3n de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes v\u00edctimas de delitos sexuales, el diputado Venustiano P\u00e9rez<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":164821,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-164820","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
