tur\u00edsticos de Los Cabos, adem\u00e1s de mantener coordinaci\u00f3n con la Secretar\u00eda de Infraestructura, Comunicaciones y Transportes (SICT) para fortalecer acuerdos y dar cumplimiento a la reglamentaci\u00f3n vigente en la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El director de la Unidad de Transporte y Movilidad, Mart\u00edn Salinas Cese\u00f1a, explic\u00f3 que las disposiciones derivadas de la reforma al Reglamento de la Ley de Transporte estatal tienen como objetivo brindar orden y certeza jur\u00eddica a la operaci\u00f3n del sector, as\u00ed como mayor seguridad para las y los usuarios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cReiteramos, el di\u00e1logo est\u00e1 abierto, y estamos a la espera de la convocatoria de la SICT para sostener una reuni\u00f3n entre la autoridad federal, los permisionarios de transporte federal y el Gobierno del Estado\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Record\u00f3 que el decreto publicado en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial del Gobierno del Estado durante 2025 establece los requisitos para que los permisionarios federales puedan prestar servicios en tramos de jurisdicci\u00f3n estatal, particularmente en destinos tur\u00edsticos como Los Cabos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, detall\u00f3 que los art\u00edculos 6 y 47 Bis del Reglamento de la Ley de Transporte se\u00f1alan que los transportistas federales deben registrar previamente el servicio contratado y obtener el c\u00f3digo QR correspondiente, herramienta mediante la cual las autoridades verifican que la operaci\u00f3n se encuentre debidamente autorizada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Salinas Cese\u00f1a puntualiz\u00f3 que las autorizaciones otorgadas por la SICT establecen que el transporte tur\u00edstico federal debe operar \u00fanicamente mediante servicios previamente contratados y vinculados a paquetes tur\u00edsticos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, afirm\u00f3 que la administraci\u00f3n estatal mantendr\u00e1 acciones de supervisi\u00f3n para garantizar legalidad, orden y seguridad en la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio tur\u00edstico, privilegiando el di\u00e1logo institucional y el bienestar de las y los usuarios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align:
