text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, la presidenta municipal sostuvo que la protecci\u00f3n civil debe asumirse como una responsabilidad compartida entre gobiernos y sociedad, destacando que Baja California Sur es hoy ejemplo nacional en materia preventiva gracias a la coordinaci\u00f3n institucional y a la planeaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cEsto es atender a las causas en materia de seguridad ante fen\u00f3menos naturales, estos foros de protecci\u00f3n civil es informaci\u00f3n, para que todas y todos sepamos qu\u00e9 hacer cuando tengamos un fen\u00f3meno natural\u201d, expres\u00f3 la alcaldesa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ante representantes de los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno, Fuerzas Armadas, cuerpos de emergencia, sector educativo, empresarial y sociedad civil, Milena Quiroga, destac\u00f3 que La Paz fue el primer municipio de M\u00e9xico en poner en marcha el Operativo Preventivo de Huracanes 2026, que contempla un despliegue de 732 elementos de diferentes cuerpos de socorro, con una fuerza de estado que contempla ambulancias, drones y refugios temporales habilitados, en coordinaci\u00f3n con el Gobierno de M\u00e9xico que encabeza la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum y el Gobierno del Estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, convoc\u00f3 a la ciudadan\u00eda a prepararse desde casa, mantenerse informada y actuar con responsabilidad para reducir riesgos y evitar p\u00e9rdidas humanas, reiterando que la protecci\u00f3n civil debe convertirse en una cultura permanente en el municipio pace\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;
