\"\"La capacitaci\u00f3n y certificaci\u00f3n de competencias laborales en Baja California Sur se fortalecen mediante la firma de un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n entre el Instituto de Capacitaci\u00f3n para los Trabajadores del Estado (ICATEBCS) y la empresa Biotiqu\u00edn.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

El acuerdo fue formalizado por la directora general del Instituto, Cinthya F\u00e1tima Montufas Ch\u00e1vez, y la apoderada legal de Biotiqu\u00edn, Isabel Garc\u00eda Burrola, quienes coincidieron en la importancia de impulsar la profesionalizaci\u00f3n del capital humano para elevar la productividad, de acuerdo a los principios de inclusi\u00f3n, igualdad y respeto de las y los trabajadores.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Como parte de este convenio, el ICATEBCS dise\u00f1ar\u00e1 planes de capacitaci\u00f3n acordes a las necesidades de la empresa, adem\u00e1s de impartir cursos de Capacitaci\u00f3n Acelerada Espec\u00edfica (CAE), programas regulares y de extensi\u00f3n con validez oficial de la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica, a costos preferenciales.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Asimismo, se brindar\u00e1 el servicio de Reconocimiento Oficial de la Competencia Ocupacional (ROCO), mediante el cual se certifican habilidades adquiridas de manera emp\u00edrica o autodidacta, conforme a est\u00e1ndares nacionales de competencia laboral.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

El convenio contempla tambi\u00e9n la incorporaci\u00f3n de programas institucionales como \u201cMujeres Rompiendo Muros\u201d, \u201cEn Formaci\u00f3n de J\u00f3venes ICATEBCS\u201d, \u201cTe Hablo con mis Manos\u201d y \u201cSemillero de Instructores\u201d, con el objetivo de ampliar oportunidades de desarrollo e inclusi\u00f3n para el personal de Biotiqu\u00edn y sus familias<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

A trav\u00e9s de esta colaboraci\u00f3n, el ICATEBCS contin\u00faa acercando herramientas de formaci\u00f3n y certificaci\u00f3n que contribuyen al desarrollo laboral y econ\u00f3mico de Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
