{"id":165384,"date":"2026-05-18T10:54:02","date_gmt":"2026-05-18T16:54:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=165384"},"modified":"2026-05-18T10:54:02","modified_gmt":"2026-05-18T16:54:02","slug":"vinculan-a-proceso-a-mujer-por-uso-irregular-de-bien-nacional-en-arroyo-de-los-cabos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=165384","title":{"rendered":"Vinculan a proceso a mujer por uso irregular de bien nacional en arroyo de Los Cabos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"90\" data-end=\"410\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-165385 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/BCS-2097-VP-2-755x423.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"387\" height=\"217\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/BCS-2097-VP-2-755x423.jpg 755w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/BCS-2097-VP-2-150x84.jpg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/BCS-2097-VP-2-768x431.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/BCS-2097-VP-2.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 387px) 100vw, 387px\" \/>La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR), a trav\u00e9s de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada de Control Regional (FECOR) en Baja California Sur, obtuvo de un juez federal la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de Evelyn \u201cN\u201d, por su probable responsabilidad en el delito de uso de un bien nacional, previsto en la Ley General de Bienes Nacionales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"412\" data-end=\"720\">De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n, el caso se origin\u00f3 tras una denuncia presentada por la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional del Agua (CONAGUA) en Baja California Sur, luego de que personal de la dependencia detectara la ocupaci\u00f3n irregular del cauce y zona federal del arroyo El Salto, en el municipio de Los Cabos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"722\" data-end=\"967\">Seg\u00fan lo informado por la autoridad federal, durante recorridos de inspecci\u00f3n se observ\u00f3 que integrantes de una asociaci\u00f3n civil utilizaban el \u00e1rea federal sin contar con concesi\u00f3n, permiso o autorizaci\u00f3n correspondiente para el uso del espacio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"969\" data-end=\"1181\">Tras integrar los datos de prueba necesarios, el Ministerio P\u00fablico Federal solicit\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de Evelyn \u201cN\u201d, misma que fue concedida por el juez federal en los t\u00e9rminos planteados por la Fiscal\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1183\" data-end=\"1350\">La autoridad judicial fij\u00f3 un plazo de seis meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria y determin\u00f3 no imponer medidas cautelares en contra de la imputada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1352\" data-end=\"1550\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">La FGR record\u00f3 que, conforme al principio de presunci\u00f3n de inocencia, la persona se\u00f1alada ser\u00e1 considerada inocente mientras no exista una sentencia condenatoria emitida por la autoridad competente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR), a trav\u00e9s de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada de Control Regional (FECOR) en Baja California<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":165385,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_dont_email_post_to_subs":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_feature_clip_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2},"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false},"categories":[22],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-165384","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.3 -
