del Estado de BCS turn\u00f3 a la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Cultura y Artes, la iniciativa presentada por el diputado Erick Ivan Agundez Cervantes, mediante la cual se busca inscribir con letras doradas en el Muro de Honor de la sala de sesiones \u201cGeneral Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Morelos y Pav\u00f3n\u201d en el congreso, la leyenda \u201cCicl\u00f3n Liza: 30 de septiembre de 1976\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"Default\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"Default\">El diputado Erick Ivan Agundez Cervantes expres\u00f3 que el homenaje solicitado busca honrar la dignidad humana de las personas fallecidas y los h\u00e9roes an\u00f3nimos, al conmemorarse el quincuag\u00e9simo aniversario del desastre asociado con el cicl\u00f3n Liza.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"Default\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"Default\">Con la develaci\u00f3n de la leyenda de honor dedicada a las v\u00edctimas y los h\u00e9roes an\u00f3nimos del 30 de septiembre de 1976, se consigue un primer paso que implicar\u00e1 un gran salto en la toma de conciencia ante los riesgos cada vez m\u00e1s severos por la presencia amenazante de los fen\u00f3menos naturales.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"Default\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"Default\">A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que la inscripci\u00f3n de las letras doradas, toma mayor relevancia en una \u00e9poca en la que la toma de conciencia respecto a los fen\u00f3menos naturales, se deber\u00eda convertir en prioridad dado los registros de los comportamientos en los a\u00f1os recientes, marcados por un r\u00e1pido aumento en la intensidad de los mismos, una generaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s temprana en sus zonas de origen, un incremento en su frecuencia, y en general, un panorama m\u00e1s complejo evidenciado en los efectos del cambio clim\u00e1tico en el mundo, en M\u00e9xico y en nuestro estado.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"Default\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"Default\">Agundez Cervantes indic\u00f3 que, se trata de un acto paradigm\u00e1tico, una aportaci\u00f3n modesta al trabajo que han emprendido todos los d\u00edas investigadores y cient\u00edficos de todas las instituciones del pa\u00eds y del mundo para generar un marco te\u00f3rico y metodol\u00f3gico, as\u00ed como bases de datos y consulta para dise\u00f1ar pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que permitan reducir las vulnerabilidades, atenuar las amenazas y los riesgos, hacer m\u00e1s efectivas las intervenciones ante emergencias, dise\u00f1ar se\u00f1al\u00e9ticas de riesgo oportunas y eficientes, y crear ambientes de resiliencia en las comunidades afectadas para restablecer las actividades cotidianas con una menor dimensi\u00f3n traum\u00e1tica hacia nuestras poblaciones, en especial los
