{"id":165525,"date":"2026-05-20T20:37:48","date_gmt":"2026-05-21T02:37:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=165525"},"modified":"2026-05-20T20:37:48","modified_gmt":"2026-05-21T02:37:48","slug":"propone-diputada-karina-olivas-castigar-fraudes-en-materia-de-programas-sociales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=165525","title":{"rendered":"Propone diputada Karina Olivas castigar fraudes en materia de programas sociales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-165526 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/DIP-KARINA-OLIVAS-PARRA-260519-3-739x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"359\" height=\"239\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/DIP-KARINA-OLIVAS-PARRA-260519-3-739x492.jpg 739w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/DIP-KARINA-OLIVAS-PARRA-260519-3-1024x681.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/DIP-KARINA-OLIVAS-PARRA-260519-3-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/DIP-KARINA-OLIVAS-PARRA-260519-3-768x511.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/DIP-KARINA-OLIVAS-PARRA-260519-3-1536x1022.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/DIP-KARINA-OLIVAS-PARRA-260519-3-2048x1363.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 359px) 100vw, 359px\" \/>A fin de prevenir y reducir los fraudes usando la imagen de programas institucionales mediante plataformas digitales o redes sociales, la diputada Karina Olivas Parra (PT) propuso tipificar en el C\u00f3digo Penal para el Estado de Baja California Sur el delito de fraude en materia de programas sociales, con penas mayores en una tercera parte -actualmente esde tres a diez a\u00f1os- cuando la v\u00edctima sea adulta mayor, persona con discapacidad, ind\u00edgena o de escasos recursos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La legisladora lament\u00f3 que cada vez sean m\u00e1s los casos de fraudes a trav\u00e9s de redes sociales, ejecutados por delincuentes quienes difunden informaci\u00f3n simulando ofrecer, u otorgar programas federales, estatales o municipales utilizando la imagen institucional y de p\u00e1ginas web oficiales para inducir en un error a la ciudadan\u00eda, cobrar una \u201ccuota\u201d y as\u00ed obtener un beneficio econ\u00f3mico indebido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ejemplific\u00f3 otra modalidad, que tambi\u00e9n ha cobrado numerosas v\u00edctimas como es el hacer pasar por verdaderas supuestas oportunidades de inversi\u00f3n en PEMEX o programas estatales como el Salario Rosa, hasta la supuesta entrega de insumos de primera necesidad a bajo costo o trabajos en el extranjero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La propuesta adiciona el art\u00edculo 241 del C\u00f3digo Penal referente al delito de fraude, que se aplicar\u00e1 \u201ca quien, por s\u00ed o por interp\u00f3sita persona, a trav\u00e9s de plataformas digitales, simulando ofrecer, afiliar u otorgar programas sociales del gobierno federal, estatal o municipal, o utilizando logos o im\u00e1genes oficiales, obtenga un beneficio econ\u00f3mico indebido o datos sensibles con la intenci\u00f3n de practicar el robo de identidad, vaciar cuentas o vender bases de datos personales.
