{"id":165868,"date":"2026-05-28T14:42:16","date_gmt":"2026-05-28T20:42:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=165868"},"modified":"2026-05-28T14:42:16","modified_gmt":"2026-05-28T20:42:16","slug":"exhortan-a-los-municipios-de-bcs-a-actualizar-sus-atlas-de-riesgo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=165868","title":{"rendered":"Exhortan a los municipios de BCS a actualizar sus Atlas de Riesgo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-165869 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/DIP-ERICK-IVAN-AGUNDEZ-CERVANTES-260528-3-755x468.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"386\" height=\"239\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/DIP-ERICK-IVAN-AGUNDEZ-CERVANTES-260528-3-755x468.jpg 755w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/DIP-ERICK-IVAN-AGUNDEZ-CERVANTES-260528-3-1024x635.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/DIP-ERICK-IVAN-AGUNDEZ-CERVANTES-260528-3-150x93.jpg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/DIP-ERICK-IVAN-AGUNDEZ-CERVANTES-260528-3-768x476.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/DIP-ERICK-IVAN-AGUNDEZ-CERVANTES-260528-3-1536x952.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/DIP-ERICK-IVAN-AGUNDEZ-CERVANTES-260528-3.jpg 1733w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 386px) 100vw, 386px\" \/>El pleno de la XVII Legislatura en el Congreso del Estado de BCS aprob\u00f3 el punto de acuerdo presentado por el diputado Erick Ivan Agundez Cervantes, mediante el cual se exhorta a los ayuntamientos de Los Cabos, La Paz, Loreto, Comond\u00fa y Muleg\u00e9 a actualizar o, en su caso, elaborar sus respectivos Atlas de Riesgos\u00a0municipales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Con el exhorto aprobado, el Poder Legislativo solicitar\u00e1 a los cinco ayuntamientos del estado, a cumplir con la normatividad vigente en materia de protecci\u00f3n civil, desarrollo urbano y cambio clim\u00e1tico, adem\u00e1s de utilizar y difundir p\u00fablicamente la informaci\u00f3n contenida en dichos atlas, debiendo informar al Congreso del Estado sobre las acciones y avances realizados respecto a la actualizaci\u00f3n o elaboraci\u00f3n de estos instrumentos preventivos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En la exposici\u00f3n de motivos, Agundez Cervantes destac\u00f3 que Baja California Sur enfrenta de manera recurrente fen\u00f3menos naturales como huracanes, inundaciones, sequ\u00edas, incendios forestales y sismos, adem\u00e1s de los efectos derivados del cambio clim\u00e1tico, lo que hace indispensable fortalecer los mecanismos de prevenci\u00f3n y planeaci\u00f3n territorial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Aunado a ello, mencion\u00f3 el crecimiento urbano acelerado, en algunos casos desordenados, que ha propiciado asentamientos humanos en zonas de riesgo, incrementando la exposici\u00f3n de la poblaci\u00f3n ante fen\u00f3menos perturbadores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ah\u00ed mismo, destac\u00f3 que los Atlas de Riesgos municipales\u00a0constituyen herramientas t\u00e9cnicas fundamentales para identificar amenazas naturales y antropog\u00e9nicas, y advirti\u00f3 que en algunos municipios de la entidad estos instrumentos se encuentran desactualizados o inexistentes, lo que limita la capacidad institucional para responder ante emergencias y realizar una adecuada gesti\u00f3n integral de riesgos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En la discusi\u00f3n del tema, el diputado Christian Del Castillo Miranda y la diputada Teresita de Jes\u00fas Valent\u00edn V\u00e1zquez se mostraron a favor del exhorto.
