extraordinaria del viernes 29 de mayo,\u00a0 el Pleno del Congreso del Estado de Baja California Sur aprob\u00f3 la reforma constitucional para declarar la nulidad de elecciones de cargos p\u00fablicos en caso de que se acrediten actos de intervenci\u00f3n o injerencia extranjera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Diputadas y diputados avalaron el dictamen presentado por la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Puntos Constitucionales y de Justicia, presidida por el diputado Eduardo Van Wormer, de\u00a0la minuta con proyecto de decreto enviada por la C\u00e1mara de Senadores del Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n, mediante la cual se adiciona un inciso a la Base VI del art\u00edculo 41 de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La reforma busca fortalecer la integridad de los procesos democr\u00e1ticos, proteger la soberan\u00eda nacional y garantizar que la renovaci\u00f3n de los poderes p\u00fablicos sea resultado exclusivo de la voluntad ciudadana expresada en elecciones libres y aut\u00e9nticas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con el documento aprobado, la intervenci\u00f3n extranjera podr\u00e1 incluir actos que afecten la equidad de la contienda electoral, la libertad del sufragio o la autenticidad de los resultados, siempre que dichas conductas sean acreditadas de manera objetiva y material.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Con esta aprobaci\u00f3n, el Congreso de Baja California Sur emiti\u00f3 su voto favorable como parte del Constituyente Permanente, conforme al procedimiento previsto en el art\u00edculo 135 de la Constituci\u00f3n Federal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En el debate legislativo externaron sus posturas en contra la diputada Lupita Salda\u00f1a (PAN) y a favor las diputadas Guadalupe V\u00e1zquez y Teresita Valent\u00edn de la Fracci\u00f3n Parlamentaria de MORENA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight:
