Castro Cos\u00edo, acompa\u00f1ado de la presidenta honoraria del Sistema Estatal DIF, maestra Patricia L\u00f3pez Navarro, y de la alcaldesa de La Paz, Milena Quiroga Romero, inaugur\u00f3 la d\u00e9cimo tercera edici\u00f3n del festival gastron\u00f3mico \u201cLa Pazi\u00f3n por el Sabor\u201d, una iniciativa que promueve la riqueza culinaria de Baja California Sur y fortalece la promoci\u00f3n tur\u00edstica del destino a nivel nacional e internacional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Durante el evento, realizado en el complejo tur\u00edstico Para\u00edso del Mar, participaron 136 restaurantes, productores, vin\u00edcolas y cervecer\u00edas artesanales, quienes ofrecieron degustaciones, muestras gastron\u00f3micas y diversas actividades culturales para las y los asistentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En su mensaje, el mandatario estatal destac\u00f3 que este festival representa un importante escaparate para difundir la diversidad gastron\u00f3mica de la entidad, al reunir a productores de los cinco municipios, restauranteros, cocineras y cocineros tradicionales, chefs, prestadores de servicios tur\u00edsticos y nuevos emprendedores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cEste encuentro impulsa el crecimiento y desarrollo econ\u00f3mico de quienes forman parte de la cadena productiva y tur\u00edstica de Baja California Sur, adem\u00e1s de fortalecer la identidad y el orgullo por nuestras tradiciones\u201d, expres\u00f3 Castro Cos\u00edo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, reconoci\u00f3 el trabajo permanente de la C\u00e1mara Nacional de la Industria de Restaurantes y Alimentos Condimentados (CANIRAC), organismo que ha consolidado este festival como uno de los eventos gastron\u00f3micos m\u00e1s importantes del estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El Gobernador subray\u00f3 que \u201cLa Pazi\u00f3n por el Sabor\u201d fomenta la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana, el reconocimiento de las tradiciones culinarias que forman parte del patrimonio cultural sudcaliforniano y el consumo de productos regionales, adem\u00e1s de generar oportunidades de vinculaci\u00f3n comercial para los distintos sectores productivos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que este tipo de eventos contribuyen a fortalecer el posicionamiento de La Paz y de Baja California Sur como destinos tur\u00edsticos de excelencia,
