Y eso no es inclusi\u00f3n, es simulaci\u00f3n\u201d, afirm\u00f3 en tribuna.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Su propuesta reforma el art\u00edculo 3 y adiciona el art\u00edculo 102 de la Ley de Instituciones y Procedimientos Electorales, mediante el que se extiende la definici\u00f3n de \u00a0autoadscripci\u00f3n calificada como el mecanismo mediante el cual las personas postuladas a candidaturas bajo acciones afirmativas deber\u00e1n acompa\u00f1ar de elementos objetivos que permitan acreditar un v\u00ednculo efectivo con la comunidad, grupo o poblaci\u00f3n que se pretende representar\u2026\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En tanto, en el art\u00edculo 102 se estipula que para el registro de candidaturas bajo acciones afirmativas deber\u00e1n presentar manifestaci\u00f3n de autoadscripci\u00f3n bajo protesta y acreditar el v\u00ednculo afectivo con la comunidad o grupo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En tanto que el Instituto Estatal Electoral deber\u00e1 emitir un Protocolo de Verificaci\u00f3n de Acciones Afirmativas con perspectivas intercultural, interseccional, y derechos humanos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mediante reformas a la Ley de Instituciones y Procedimientos Electorales, la diputada Alondra Torres Garc\u00eda (PT) busca asegurar que las<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":166364,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-166363","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
