acceso equitativo, la permanencia y el desarrollo del deporte, particularmente entre las juventudes sudcalifornianas, fomentando una pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica integral, incluyente y de largo plazo, el diputado Fabrizio del Castillo Miranda, propuso reformas a la Ley de Cultura F\u00edsica y Deporte del Estado de Baja California Sur, para fortalecer el Fondo Estatal del Deporte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cSostengo que la formalizaci\u00f3n de este fideicomiso no solo contribuir\u00e1 al fortalecimiento del deporte, sino que tambi\u00e9n tendr\u00e1 efectos positivos en la salud p\u00fablica, la cohesi\u00f3n social y la prevenci\u00f3n del delito, aline\u00e1ndose con los objetivos de desarrollo social de nuestro estado\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el promovente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En consecuencia, se propone fortalecer el marco normativo del fondo en comento, mediante las siguientes acciones: Que un porcentaje m\u00ednimo del presupuesto del Instituto Sudcaliforniano del Deporte (INSUDE) sea destinado \u00fanicamente al fondo, adem\u00e1s de un porcentaje de los ingresos recaudados por el uso de la propia infraestructura deportiva p\u00fablica, que permita una reinversi\u00f3n directa; la creaci\u00f3n de un Comit\u00e9 T\u00e9cnico integrado por las asociaciones deportivas y de atletas, democratizando las decisiones mediante la integraci\u00f3n de la comunidad beneficiaria; La creaci\u00f3n de un Padr\u00f3n \u00danico de Beneficiarios accesible al p\u00fablico para erradicar cualquier opacidad en la entrega de becas y apoyos de viajes y; sentar las bases para la creaci\u00f3n de un Padr\u00f3n \u00danico de Beneficiarios accesible al p\u00fablico para erradicar cualquier opacidad en la entrega de becas y apoyos de viajes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Del Castillo Miranda sentenci\u00f3 la urgente necesidad de establecer mecanismos financieros eficientes, transparentes y razonables que permitan canalizar recursos p\u00fablicos, privados y sociales para el fortalecimiento del deporte en todas sus \u00e1reas, disciplinas y niveles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cEl desarrollo deportivo sostenible requiere de mucho m\u00e1s que solamente del esfuerzo individual de los atletas: se necesita
