S\u00e1nchez (MORENA) present\u00f3 ante el Pleno de la XVII Legislatura una proposici\u00f3n con punto de acuerdo para exhortar a las presidentas y presidentes municipales de los cinco ayuntamientos de Baja California Sur a instruir a las \u00e1reas de seguridad p\u00fablica y tr\u00e1nsito para que observen y apliquen correctamente las disposiciones vigentes sobre polarizados vehiculares contenidas en la Ley de Tr\u00e1nsito Terrestre del Estado y Municipios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La propuesta recuerda que, mediante el Decreto 3249, publicado el 31 de enero de 2026, se establecieron reglas claras sobre el uso de pel\u00edculas de control solar en los veh\u00edculos, permitiendo el oscurecimiento de vidrios laterales y traseros dentro de par\u00e1metros espec\u00edficos y obligando a las autoridades a utilizar instrumentos certificados para medir el nivel de transmisi\u00f3n de luz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El legislador se\u00f1al\u00f3 que ninguna sanci\u00f3n debe imponerse con base en apreciaciones subjetivas de los elementos de tr\u00e1nsito, ya que la propia ley establece la obligaci\u00f3n de utilizar equipos especializados para determinar si un veh\u00edculo cumple o no con los l\u00edmites permitidos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">P\u00e9rez S\u00e1nchez destac\u00f3 que las condiciones clim\u00e1ticas de Baja California Sur hacen del polarizado una medida de protecci\u00f3n para miles de automovilistas frente a la intensa radiaci\u00f3n solar y las altas temperaturas que se registran durante gran parte del a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Mediante el exhorto, se solicita adem\u00e1s que los ayuntamientos armonicen sus reglamentos municipales con las disposiciones estatales vigentes y que cesen los operativos que generen molestias a los ciudadanos cuando no se realicen conforme a lo establecido en la ley.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La asamblea acept\u00f3 la propuesta de adhesi\u00f3n al punto de acuerdo del diputado Sergio Ricardo Huerta Leggs (MORENA) para que se dote a los elementos de vialidad de los instrumentos necesarios para la medici\u00f3n de la graduaci\u00f3n de la pel\u00edcula
