\"\"La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (PGJE) logr\u00f3 una sentencia condenatoria de dos a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n contra Ferm\u00edn \u201cN\u201d, de 43 a\u00f1os de edad, al demostrar su responsabilidad en el delito de provocaci\u00f3n de incendio, luego de que el acusado aceptara su culpabilidad mediante un procedimiento abreviado.<\/div>\n

Los hechos ocurrieron la ma\u00f1ana del 21 de febrero de 2024 en el arroyo Los Limones, ubicado en la colonia San Jos\u00e9 Viejo, en San Jos\u00e9 del Cabo, donde el ahora sentenciado provoc\u00f3 un incendio que arras\u00f3 con aproximadamente cinco hect\u00e1reas de terreno, generando una r\u00e1pida movilizaci\u00f3n de corporaciones de seguridad y emergencia.<\/div>\n

Tras ser detenido en flagrancia por elementos de Seguridad P\u00fablica, el caso fue llevado ante la autoridad judicial. Durante la audiencia de control de detenci\u00f3n, celebrada dos d\u00edas despu\u00e9s, un juez calific\u00f3 de legal su captura y posteriormente lo vincul\u00f3 a proceso.<\/div>\n

En la audiencia realizada el pasado 15 de junio, el Ministerio P\u00fablico present\u00f3 los elementos de prueba que sustentaban la acusaci\u00f3n. Ferm\u00edn \u201cN\u201d reconoci\u00f3 su responsabilidad, renunci\u00f3 a su derecho a un juicio oral y acept\u00f3 la pena propuesta por la representaci\u00f3n social.<\/div>\n

Luego de analizar las pruebas y cumplirse los requisitos legales, el juez emiti\u00f3 fallo condenatorio e impuso una sentencia de dos a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s del pago de 66 d\u00edas de multa.<\/div>\n
