\"\"Aprueba el pleno del Congreso del Estado exhortar a la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica (SEP) en BCS para que considere implementar dentro de su plan de estudio en la denominada Asignatura Estatal la materia \u201cHistoria y Geograf\u00eda de Baja California Sur\u201d\u00a0<\/em>en los primeros grados de educaci\u00f3n secundaria en la entidad.<\/p>\n

\n

El diputado Omar Torres Orozco, promovente del punto de acuerdo, manifest\u00f3 que la importancia del mismo radica en que las nuevas generaciones comprendan el valor del lugar en el que viven, la historia local, sus inicios, el presente y futuro de Sudcalifornia; as\u00ed como reconocer el trabajo y esfuerzo de los historiadores sudcalifornianos que han plasmado la historia de BCS en los libros de texto.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cEs fundamental que las nuevas generaciones, incluso aquellas nacidas de padres provenientes de otras regiones del pa\u00eds, conozcan y amen esta tierra, sus costumbres y su identidad\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n

\n

Torres Orozco se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la propuesta legislativa deriv\u00f3 de diversas peticiones presentadas por miembros del Grupo Ra\u00edces Cabe\u00f1as, A.C., quienes, adem\u00e1s de solicitar la aplicaci\u00f3n de la materia de Historia y Geograf\u00eda de BCS en el plan de estudio de la entidad, buscan que las juventudes que estudian en el nivel medio superior conozcan la historia local y hacia d\u00f3nde vamos como ciudadanos comprometidos con la media pen\u00ednsula y sociedad cabe\u00f1a, a fin de afianzar la identidad sudcaliforniana.<\/p>\n

\n

En la discusi\u00f3n del punto de acuerdo, la diputada Alondra Torres Garc\u00eda y los diputados Fabrizio del Castillo Miranda y Mart\u00edn Escogido Flores coincidieron en su apoyo a la iniciativa. Alondra Torres reconoci\u00f3 la labor hist\u00f3rica de sectores sociales y lament\u00f3 hechos de violencia recientes, llamando a fortalecer la gobernabilidad. Fabrizio del Castillo destac\u00f3 la educaci\u00f3n como clave para el desarrollo y propuso recuperar la asignatura de Historia de Baja California Sur. Por su parte, Mart\u00edn Escogido explic\u00f3 que la ense\u00f1anza de la historia y otras materias se realiza actualmente mediante proyectos, y subray\u00f3 la importancia de fortalecer la identidad y el pensamiento cr\u00edtico.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
