Sur, V\u00edctor Manuel Castro Cos\u00edo, llam\u00f3 al Gobierno de M\u00e9xico y a los legisladores federales a impulsar una reforma de fondo en materia de transporte, luego de que la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n (SCJN) invalidara disposiciones de la Ley de Transporte estatal y favoreciera a las transportadoras tur\u00edsticas en el conflicto que mantienen con el gremio de taxistas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"513\" data-end=\"809\">El mandatario se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la resoluci\u00f3n deja a los estados sin herramientas para regular la actividad y conciliar los intereses entre ambos sectores, al considerar que existe una competencia desigual debido a las facilidades con las que la Federaci\u00f3n otorga permisos a las empresas transportistas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"811\" data-end=\"1099\">Castro Cos\u00edo afirm\u00f3 que el problema se ha agravado con el crecimiento tur\u00edstico de Los Cabos, donde, dijo, las transportadoras cuentan con ventajas operativas y existe preferencia por parte de algunos hoteles, adem\u00e1s del incremento de unidades que prestan el servicio de manera irregular.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1101\" data-end=\"1330\">Indic\u00f3 que la reforma estatal buscaba regular la temporalidad de los contratos entre transportadoras y turistas, pero la SCJN determin\u00f3 que esa materia corresponde a la Federaci\u00f3n, dejando sin efecto las modificaciones aprobadas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1332\" data-end=\"1643\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">El gobernador adelant\u00f3 que este jueves sostendr\u00e1 una reuni\u00f3n con representantes del transporte para analizar posibles acciones legales y, en caso de no existir alternativas, buscar una mesa de conciliaci\u00f3n con la Secretar\u00eda de Infraestructura, Comunicaciones y Transportes (SICT) y la Secretar\u00eda de
