Julio Villarreal Trasvi\u00f1a, director local de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional del Agua (CONAGUA) en Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Derivado de este encuentro, el funcionario inform\u00f3 que en pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas el m\u00f3dulo itinerante de la dependencia federal estar\u00e1 visitando el municipio de Loreto, para brindar atenci\u00f3n a quienes cuentan con concesiones para la explotaci\u00f3n de aguas nacionales, cuyos t\u00edtulos expiraron entre el 1 de enero de 2009 y el 16 de julio de 2026, sin haber presentado pr\u00f3rroga.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Davis Garayzar explic\u00f3 que, de conformidad con el Acuerdo por el que se establecen acciones para la primera etapa de regularizaci\u00f3n, publicado en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n el pasado 15 de julio de 2026, se contempla un plazo de 365 d\u00edas para que los interesados puedan realizar los tr\u00e1mites correspondientes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Agreg\u00f3 que la llegada del m\u00f3dulo itinerante representa una importante oportunidad para que quienes cuentan con permisos para el aprovechamiento del recurso puedan ponerse al corriente y cumplir con las disposiciones aplicables, sin tener que salir fuera del municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Finalmente destac\u00f3 que esta gesti\u00f3n responde a la preocupaci\u00f3n de la presidenta municipal, Paz Ochoa Amador, por facilitar el acceso a tr\u00e1mites federales, contribuyendo al bienestar de las familias loretanas.
