Cada integrante del equipo aporta algo valioso y, cuando sumamos esfuerzos, los resultados se multiplican\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 la funcionaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Cota Romero resalt\u00f3 que este tipo de actividades permiten generar herramientas para enfrentar de mejor manera los retos cotidianos, fortalecer la confianza entre compa\u00f1eros y construir ambientes laborales m\u00e1s colaborativos y armoniosos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, subray\u00f3 que la capacitaci\u00f3n permanente forma parte de la visi\u00f3n de la presidenta municipal Paz Ochoa Amador, quien ha establecido como prioridad fortalecer al personal del Ayuntamiento para ofrecer servicios con mayor calidad, calidez y sentido humano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Un equipo que aprende, escucha y trabaja unido, est\u00e1 mejor preparado para servir.
