generaci\u00f3n de espacios accesibles que favorezcan la creaci\u00f3n de condiciones m\u00e1s equitativas para personas con discapacidad, as\u00ed como progresar hacia jornadas electorales en donde las personas con discapacidad no enfrenten obst\u00e1culos innecesarios al momento de ejercer su derecho al sufragio, el diputado Christian Fabrizio del Castillo Miranda (PRI) propuso reformas a la Ley de Instituciones y Procedimientos Electorales del Estado de BCS.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En consecuencia y para garantizar el sufragio universal, libre, secreto y en condiciones de accesibilidad para personas con discapacidad visual, se propone que el Consejo General, facilite de manera obligatoria, plantillas transparentes con el sistema Braille para cada tipo de elecci\u00f3n contenida en la boleta electoral, las cuales se adaptar\u00e1n exactamente a los modelos aprobados, as\u00ed como, la integraci\u00f3n en la parte superior de la urna, una marca t\u00e1ctil o una gu\u00eda que facilite la ubicaci\u00f3n exacta del lugar donde debe introducirse la boleta sin riesgo de error.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Del mismo modo, se propone la integraci\u00f3n de\u00a0 mamparas, canceles y mesas de votaci\u00f3n con altura y dimensiones adaptadas para el uso ergon\u00f3mico y c\u00f3modo de personas usuarias de sillas de ruedas y personas de talla baja, y contar dentro de los espacios f\u00edsicos con rutas de acceso libre de barreras arquitect\u00f3nicas, rampas funcionales y espacios de giro adecuados, todo lo anterior a fin de dar cumplimiento al principio de dise\u00f1o universal y accesibilidad del mobiliario electoral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Finalmente, Del Castillo Miranda precis\u00f3 que, si bien el INE realiza esfuerzos en protocolos de inclusi\u00f3n, la legislaci\u00f3n de Baja California Sur debe armonizarse y, trasladar expl\u00edcitamente a la normativa electoral de la entidad las propuestas planteadas para asegurar que no dependa de la buena voluntad, sino de una obligaci\u00f3n de ley, a fin de que el Instituto Estatal Electoral (IEEBCS) cuente con el mandato necesario para proveer de manera sistem\u00e1tica, y no s\u00f3lo excepcional, materiales accesibles; por lo que,\u00a0incorporar los ajustes en materia de discapacidad y modificaciones que se propone a la iniciativa planteada impactar\u00eda de forma positiva en la normatividad estatal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Con el objeto de contribuir
