Comit\u00e9 Promotor de Inversiones en Baja California Sur, el gobernador V\u00edctor Manuel Castro Cos\u00edo encabez\u00f3 el di\u00e1logo con representantes de los sectores empresarial, acad\u00e9mico y gubernamental para analizar oportunidades y proyectos que contribuyan al desarrollo econ\u00f3mico de la entidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Durante el encuentro, el mandatario destac\u00f3 la importancia de mantener una comunicaci\u00f3n permanente con quienes invierten, producen y generan empleos, para facilitar nuevos proyectos bajo una visi\u00f3n de desarrollo responsable y equilibrado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En este marco, Carlos Alfonso Candelaria L\u00f3pez, titular de la Unidad de Prospectiva, Planeaci\u00f3n y Evaluaci\u00f3n de la Secretar\u00eda de Econom\u00eda y jefe de la Unidad para la Atenci\u00f3n a Corredores del Bienestar, inform\u00f3 que se cuenta con un portafolio de 29 inversiones autorizadas, principalmente en La Paz y Los Cabos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Los proyectos corresponden principalmente a los servicios de alojamiento temporal, construcci\u00f3n y actividades inmobiliarias, entre otros rubros, y representan oportunidades para generar empleos y dinamizar la econom\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Como parte de la sesi\u00f3n, se acord\u00f3 trabajar de manera coordinada para mejorar el aprovechamiento y distribuci\u00f3n del agua potable, as\u00ed como atender los retos relacionados con la generaci\u00f3n y distribuci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El Gobernador explic\u00f3 que este mecanismo permite mantener un v\u00ednculo directo entre los sectores p\u00fablico, privado y acad\u00e9mico, facilitar la atenci\u00f3n a empresas grandes, medianas y peque\u00f1as, identificar oportunidades y avanzar en la simplificaci\u00f3n de procesos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Record\u00f3 que el Comit\u00e9 fue instalado el 10 de julio de 2025 como parte de la estrategia nacional del Plan M\u00e9xico, impulsada por el Gobierno de M\u00e9xico para promover la inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica y privada y el desarrollo regional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Al finalizar, Castro Cos\u00edo subray\u00f3 que la entidad tiene capacidad para continuar creciendo, por lo que se busca aprovechar las oportunidades de manera ordenada, respetando los recursos
