{"id":169804,"date":"2026-09-01T18:48:25","date_gmt":"2026-09-02T00:48:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=169804"},"modified":"2026-09-01T18:48:25","modified_gmt":"2026-09-02T00:48:25","slug":"participa-bcs-en-encuentro-nacional-para-fortalecer-la-justicia-laboral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=169804","title":{"rendered":"Participa BCS en encuentro nacional para fortalecer la justicia laboral"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-169805 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/FOTO-BOLETIN-CCL-PARTICIPA-643x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"429\" height=\"328\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/FOTO-BOLETIN-CCL-PARTICIPA-643x492.jpg 643w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/FOTO-BOLETIN-CCL-PARTICIPA-1024x783.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/FOTO-BOLETIN-CCL-PARTICIPA-150x115.jpg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/FOTO-BOLETIN-CCL-PARTICIPA-768x587.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/FOTO-BOLETIN-CCL-PARTICIPA.jpg 1110w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 429px) 100vw, 429px\" \/>Baja California Sur particip\u00f3 en la tercera sesi\u00f3n ordinaria de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Centros de Conciliaci\u00f3n Laboral (CONACENTROS), realizada en Ensenada, Baja California, donde autoridades de todo el pa\u00eds analizaron propuestas para unificar criterios y mejorar la atenci\u00f3n de los conflictos de trabajo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\">La directora general del Centro de Conciliaci\u00f3n Laboral del Estado de Baja California Sur (CCL BCS), Magdalena Gallegos Ortiz, represent\u00f3 a la entidad en este encuentro, que permite intercambiar experiencias y establecer acciones para consolidar el modelo de justicia laboral.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\">Durante la jornada se revisaron propuestas para optimizar la operaci\u00f3n de los Centros, as\u00ed como los avances de los grupos de trabajo en capacitaci\u00f3n y buenas pr\u00e1cticas, comunicaci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n, tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n y estad\u00edstica.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\">Tambi\u00e9n participaron representantes de la Unidad de Enlace para la Reforma al Sistema de Justicia Laboral de la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social y del Centro Federal de Conciliaci\u00f3n y Registro Laboral.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\">Gallegos Ortiz destac\u00f3 que estos espacios permiten compartir las experiencias y necesidades de la entidad, as\u00ed como incorporar pr\u00e1cticas que contribuyan a brindar un servicio m\u00e1s \u00e1gil y cercano a trabajadores y empleadores.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\">Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la coordinaci\u00f3n entre los Centros brinda mayor certeza a las partes y favorece la soluci\u00f3n de diferencias mediante el di\u00e1logo, antes de recurrir a los tribunales.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\">\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"Cuerpo\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">La directora agreg\u00f3 que en la entidad este servicio es gratuito e imparcial y permite a trabajadores y empleadores alcanzar acuerdos durante la etapa prejudicial.
