Este Congreso tiene un mandato y vamos a cumplirlo\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El legislador destac\u00f3 que durante este periodo ser\u00e1 fundamental fortalecer el parlamento abierto, escuchar a los cinco municipios y abrir espacios a comunidades rurales y pesqueras, universidades, organizaciones ciudadanas, mujeres, juventudes, trabajadores, emprendedores y sectores productivos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que desde la Presidencia de la Mesa Directiva impulsar\u00e1 un Congreso donde todas las voces puedan expresarse, las mayor\u00edas ejerzan su responsabilidad de decidir y las minor\u00edas sean escuchadas y respetadas, privilegiando el di\u00e1logo y los acuerdos por encima de la confrontaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cQue cuando el ruido electoral intente ocuparlo todo, este Congreso responda con trabajo.
