385px) 100vw, 385px\" \/>Este jueves 10 de septiembre de 2026, la XVII Legislatura emiti\u00f3 una nueva Ley Org\u00e1nica de la Escuela Normal Superior (ENS) del Estado de Baja California Sur \u201cEnrique Estrada Lucero\u201d, con la que se fortalece a la instituci\u00f3n y garantiza que responda a los retos actuales de la formaci\u00f3n docente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El nuevo marco jur\u00eddico propuesto por el titular del Poder Ejecutivo, V\u00edctor Castro Cos\u00edo, es acorde con las nuevas exigencias educativas para fortalecer la investigaci\u00f3n, la innovaci\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica, la actualizaci\u00f3n profesional, postgrados y vinculaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Desde su promulgaci\u00f3n el 31 de diciembre de 2014 a la fecha no hab\u00eda sufrido modificaci\u00f3n alguna; de ser una instituci\u00f3n subordinada a la SEP, lo cual acotaba su capacidad de gesti\u00f3n y toma de decisiones, pasa a ser un \u00f3rgano descentralizado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Comisi\u00f3n de Asuntos Educativos resolvi\u00f3 dictaminar la iniciativa a favor en todos sus t\u00e9rminos, puesto que la instituci\u00f3n fortalece su autonom\u00eda de gesti\u00f3n y sus capacidades jur\u00eddicas de decisi\u00f3n para consolidar su independencia t\u00e9cnica, as\u00ed como garantizar su profesionalizaci\u00f3n, estableci\u00f3 el dictamen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cEsta nueva ley permite reconocer que la formaci\u00f3n de maestras y maestros ha evolucionado y que las escuelas normales requieren de un marco jur\u00eddico acorde con las nuevas exigencias educativas para fortalecer la investigaci\u00f3n, la innovaci\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica y la actualizaci\u00f3n profesional\u201d, expuso el presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Asuntos Educativos, diputado Mart\u00edn Escogido Flores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\u201cSignifica renovar institucionalmente a la ENS y proyectarla hacia el futuro, una instituci\u00f3n encargada de formar a quienes tendr\u00e1n la responsabilidad de educaci\u00f3n de las nuevas generaciones\u201d, expuso la diputada secretaria Lourdes Cornejo Rend\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La nueva ley consta de 32 art\u00edculos comprendidos en 5 cap\u00edtulos, entre los que se encuentran su organizaci\u00f3n,
