Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Congreso del Estado, diputado Mart\u00edn Escogido Flores, propuso reformas a la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Legislativo a fin de armonizar el marco jur\u00eddico en materia de transparencia y para fortalecer la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Derivado de las recientes modificaciones al marco jur\u00eddico en materia de transparencia, la regulaci\u00f3n interna del Poder Legislativo requiere ser actualizada, eliminar disposiciones que han quedado desfasadas y establecer la integraci\u00f3n y atribuciones del Comit\u00e9 de Transparencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, se reorganiza y otorga mayor certeza jur\u00eddica a la estructura y funcionamiento del Comit\u00e9 para la Institucionalizaci\u00f3n de la Pol\u00edtica de Igualdad, No Discriminaci\u00f3n y Atenci\u00f3n a la Violencia de G\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Se precisa que la titularidad del sujeto obligado ante las autoridades de transparencia recaer\u00e1 en la persona titular de la Oficial\u00eda Mayor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El Comit\u00e9 de Transparencia del Congreso deber\u00e1 quedar instalado a m\u00e1s tardar a los 15 d\u00edas del inicio de la legislatura entrante; sus integrantes durar\u00e1n en el encargo toda la legislatura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Dicho comit\u00e9 deber\u00e1 elaborar un informe anual de los asuntos atendidos y de su trabajo, el cual deber\u00e1 ser entregado al Departamento de Cumplimiento de Obligaciones de Transparencia de la Contralor\u00eda del Poder Legislativo, dentro de los 15 d\u00edas naturales siguientes al fin de a\u00f1o, para evaluaci\u00f3n y seguimiento del cumplimiento de sus funciones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">As\u00ed mismo, el Departamento de Cumplimiento de Obligaciones de Transparencia de la Contralor\u00eda dar\u00e1 seguimiento al cumplimiento del comit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El iniciador a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que los mecanismos preventivos permitir\u00e1n detectar, requerir y corregir oportunamente posibles incumplimientos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El presidente
