Exigir que el acecho implique dos o m\u00e1s actos u ocasiones, para diferenciarlo de hechos aislados y garantizar certeza jur\u00eddica; 2. Considerarlo un delito que protege la libertad y seguridad, no necesariamente relacionado con conductas sexuales; 3. Afectaci\u00f3n relevante y precisi\u00f3n del tipo penal; 4. Incorporar expresamente el acecho digital, incluyendo monitoreo, geolocalizaci\u00f3n, rastreo y recopilaci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n; 5. Establecer protecciones a la libertad de expresi\u00f3n, el periodismo, la investigaci\u00f3n y la defensa de derechos humanos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>El dictamen tambi\u00e9n considera el acecho, cuando el agresor ingrese sin autorizaci\u00f3n al domicilio, lugar de trabajo o cualquier otro espacio donde se encuentre la v\u00edctima, y propone tambi\u00e9n que la pena aumente hasta en una mitad m\u00e1s, si la v\u00edctima es menor de edad, adulta mayor o persona en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad, o exista una relaci\u00f3n de poder o confianza entre agresor y v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es preciso recordar que la iniciativa fue presentada por la diputada Karina Olivas Parra a partir del caso de la maestra regiomontana Valeria Mac\u00edas, quien padeci\u00f3 el acoso digital y presencial por parte de un alumno durante m\u00e1s de cinco a\u00f1os, caso en el que las autoridades no pudieron actuar, pese a las evidencias mostradas, por no haber sido agredida f\u00edsicamente y al no existir la figura de acecho en el C\u00f3digo Penal.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aprueba el Congreso del Estado el dictamen presentado por la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Puntos Constitucionales y de Justicia integrada por<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":170398,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_dont_email_post_to_subs":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_feature_clip_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2},"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-170397","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.5 -
