Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n, para que d\u00e9 cumplimiento al art\u00edculo Segundo Transitorio del decreto por el que se reform\u00f3 y adicion\u00f3 los art\u00edculos 3\u00ba, 4\u00ba y 73, de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, en materia de protecci\u00f3n y cuidado animal, publicado en fecha 2 de diciembre de 2024 en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Agundez Cervantes precis\u00f3 que expedir la Ley General en Materia de Bienestar, Cuidado y Protecci\u00f3n de los Animales permitir\u00e1 garantizar (considerando su naturaleza, caracter\u00edsticas y v\u00ednculos con las personas) la prohibici\u00f3n del maltrato en la crianza, el aprovechamiento y sacrificio de animales de consumo humano y en la utilizaci\u00f3n de ejemplares de vida silvestre en espect\u00e1culos con fines de lucro, as\u00ed como las medidas necesarias para atender el control de plagas y riesgos sanitarios.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>En tal sentido, el exhorto fue extendido al Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n, toda vez que es en el mismo decreto que se establece como facultad del mismo expedir la ley en comento.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\">\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cEl plazo de 180 d\u00edas naturales se\u00f1alado en el art\u00edculo Segundo Transitorio, mediante el cual se expide la Ley secundaria<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":170465,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_dont_email_post_to_subs":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_hide_featured_image":false,"_jetpack_featured_image_duplicate_dismissed":0,"_jetpack_feature_clip_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2},"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-170464","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.8 -
