\"\"Baja California Sur se ubic\u00f3 nuevamente en la primera posici\u00f3n del sub\u00edndice Mercado de trabajo del \u00cdndice de Competitividad Estatal (ICE) 2026, elaborado por el Instituto Mexicano para la Competitividad (IMCO).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Al respecto, el secretario del Trabajo, Bienestar y Desarrollo Social, Omar Antonio Zavala Ag\u00fandez, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que este reconocimiento refleja las condiciones que distinguen al mercado laboral de la entidad y reconoci\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n de trabajadoras y trabajadores, empresas, sindicatos, organizaciones y sectores productivos en su desarrollo.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cQue Baja California Sur se mantenga en el primer lugar nacional representa un reconocimiento a las condiciones que hemos construido en materia laboral, pero tambi\u00e9n nos compromete a continuar trabajando para generar m\u00e1s empleos formales, ampliar las oportunidades de capacitaci\u00f3n y garantizar el respeto a los derechos de las personas trabajadoras\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

De acuerdo con el IMCO, entre los factores que favorecen la posici\u00f3n de la entidad destacan sus salarios relativamente altos y los bajos niveles de informalidad. El sub\u00edndice tambi\u00e9n contempla indicadores como participaci\u00f3n laboral, escolaridad, desigualdad salarial y crecimiento del empleo.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Zavala Ag\u00fandez se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, a partir de estos indicadores, la Secretar\u00eda dar\u00e1 continuidad a las acciones de vinculaci\u00f3n laboral, capacitaci\u00f3n y certificaci\u00f3n de competencias, inclusi\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n de los derechos laborales, adem\u00e1s de mantener la coordinaci\u00f3n con los sectores productivos.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cEste reconocimiento confirma que vamos por una ruta adecuada, pero tambi\u00e9n nos plantea nuevos desaf\u00edos.
