Este jueves 24 de septiembre fueron aprobados los 3 primeros dict\u00e1menes correspondientes al Fideicomiso de Obras de Infraestructura de La Paz (FOIS), y de los institutos sudcalifornianos de Cultura y de las Mujeres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La presidenta de la comisi\u00f3n, diputada Gabriela Montoya Terrazas, sostuvo que el compromiso tanto de la XVII Legislatura como de la Auditor\u00eda Superior del Estado (ASEBCS) es la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas con transparencia y que la ciudadan\u00eda cuente con instituciones que cumplan con estos principios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En el caso del FOIS de La Paz, el dictamen de la comisi\u00f3n no aprob\u00f3 la cuenta p\u00fablica del fideicomiso; \u00a0determina que registr\u00f3 44 observaciones iniciales en cumplimiento y gesti\u00f3n financiera y en obra p\u00fablica, de las cuales 11 fueron aclaradas satisfactoriamente con documentaci\u00f3n probatoria y 33 no fueron solventadas, representando un importe de 3.06 mdp.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El Instituto Sudcaliforniano de Cultura no aprob\u00f3 su cuenta p\u00fablica 2024; registr\u00f3 49 observaciones en cumplimiento y gesti\u00f3n financiera, de las cuales 9 solvent\u00f3 satisfactoriamente y 40 no solvent\u00f3, representando un importe de 30.1mdp.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En tanto, el Instituto Sudcaliforniano de las Mujeres s\u00ed aprob\u00f3 su cuenta p\u00fablica 2024; registr\u00f3 35 observaciones en cumplimiento y gesti\u00f3n financiera, de las cuales solvent\u00f3 31 satisfactoriamente y 4 no fueron solventadas, sin representar un importe de recursos financieros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Comisi\u00f3n de Vigilancia de la ASE instruy\u00f3 en los dict\u00e1menes que las observaciones promovidas por la ASEBCS continuar\u00e1n su cauce correspondiente, a fin de que las autoridades competentes deslinden responsabilidades administrativas o procedan conforme a la Ley de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n y Rendici\u00f3n de Cuentas del Estado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Vigilancia de la Auditor\u00eda Superior del Estado inici\u00f3 con la presentaci\u00f3n de los dict\u00e1menes de la<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":170783,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_dont_email_post_to_subs":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paywalled_content":false,"_jetpack_feature_clip_id":0,"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2},"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false},"categories":[48],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-170782","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-congreso-de-bcs"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.5 -
