del Equilibrio Ecol\u00f3gico y la Protecci\u00f3n al Ambiente (LGEEPA), para\u00a0prevenir la introducci\u00f3n y abandono de residuos que representen factores de riesgo para los ecosistemas de las \u00e1reas naturales protegidas, espec\u00edficamente la restricci\u00f3n o prohibici\u00f3n de recipientes de vidrio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Asamblea Legislativa aval\u00f3 este 8 de octubre un punto de acuerdo presentado por la diputada Teresita Valent\u00edn V\u00e1zquez (MORENA), quien expuso la problem\u00e1tica que causan los residuos en la Reserva de la Biosfera El Vizca\u00edno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Valent\u00edn V\u00e1zquez, representante del XIV distrito correspondiente al norte del Estado, refiri\u00f3 que el actual Programa de Manejo de la Reserva de la Biosfera El Vizca\u00edno reconoce expresamente problemas derivados de la insuficiente recolecci\u00f3n, disposici\u00f3n inadecuada de desechos, falta de infraestructura; incluso el mismo programa advierte que generan contaminaci\u00f3n del suelo, agua y afectaciones a la flora y fauna silvestres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Abund\u00f3 en que la propuesta busca prevenir residuos potencialmente da\u00f1inos en las \u00e1reas; no busca la prohibici\u00f3n en la legislaci\u00f3n federal, puesto que las ANP\u00b4s poseen diferentes caracter\u00edsticas, sino que propone que el programa de manejo establezca medidas para prevenir la introducci\u00f3n y abandono de residuos, conforme a las caracter\u00edsticas del ANP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De igual manera, busca la prohibici\u00f3n de botellas, envases y recipientes de vidrio destinados al consumo de alimentos y bebidas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En ese tenor, la reforma busca adicionar al art\u00edculo 66 de LGEEPA que el programa de manejo establezca medidas para prevenir la introducci\u00f3n y abandono de residuos que, incluyendo, conforme a las caracter\u00edsticas y zonificaci\u00f3n del \u00e1rea natural protegida, la restricci\u00f3n o prohibici\u00f3n de recipientes de vidrio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align:
