{"id":171309,"date":"2026-10-08T21:59:11","date_gmt":"2026-10-09T03:59:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=171309"},"modified":"2026-10-08T21:59:11","modified_gmt":"2026-10-09T03:59:11","slug":"inicia-este-viernes-descuento-del-305-en-impuesto-predial-en-la-paz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=171309","title":{"rendered":"Inicia este viernes descuento del 30%+5 en impuesto predial en La Paz"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-171310 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/predial-lpz-755x376.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"424\" height=\"211\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/predial-lpz-755x376.jpg 755w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/predial-lpz-1024x510.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/predial-lpz-150x75.jpg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/predial-lpz-768x383.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/predial-lpz.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 424px) 100vw, 424px\" \/>Este viernes inicia el descuento del 30% m\u00e1s 5% en el pago anticipado del impuesto predial correspondiente al ejercicio fiscal 2027.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As\u00ed lo confirm\u00f3 el tesorero municipal, Javier Varela Manr\u00edquez, quien abund\u00f3 que adem\u00e1s entrar\u00e1 en vigor el programa de descuento de multas y recargos por adeudo del 2026 y a\u00f1os anteriores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Record\u00f3 que el pago anticipado del predial 2027 permanecer\u00e1 vigente con el 30% m\u00e1s 5% durante todo el mes y ya para noviembre solo ser\u00e1 del 30%, en diciembre del 25%, enero 20%, febrero 15% y marzo 10%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el caso del descuento de multas y recargos, precis\u00f3 que tambi\u00e9n entrar\u00e1 en vigor este viernes 9 de octubre y consistir\u00e1 en el 20% en el impuesto y el 50% en los accesorios; es decir, las multas y los recargos, y se aplicar\u00e1 hasta el d\u00eda \u00faltimo de noviembre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dijo que en diciembre al impuesto ya solo se aplicar\u00e1 un 15% de descuento, manteni\u00e9ndose el 50% en multas y recargos, aclarando que este beneficio se cierra en el ejercicio 2026, por lo que no se extender\u00e1 al 2027.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El funcionario municipal consider\u00f3 que este es un buen momento para que los ciudadanos aprovechen para ponerse al corriente en sus contribuciones, tanto los que paguen anticipadamente como los que presenten rezagos.
