{"id":171805,"date":"2026-10-20T16:00:33","date_gmt":"2026-10-20T22:00:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=171805"},"modified":"2026-10-20T16:00:33","modified_gmt":"2026-10-20T22:00:33","slug":"acuerda-salud-medidas-para-fortalecer-la-atencion-a-pacientes-con-dengue-en-comondu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=171805","title":{"rendered":"Acuerda Salud medidas para fortalecer la atenci\u00f3n a pacientes con dengue en Comond\u00fa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-171806 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/FOTO1-BOLETIN-SSA-ACUERDA-755x424.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"376\" height=\"211\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/FOTO1-BOLETIN-SSA-ACUERDA-755x424.jpg 755w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/FOTO1-BOLETIN-SSA-ACUERDA-150x84.jpg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/FOTO1-BOLETIN-SSA-ACUERDA-768x431.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/FOTO1-BOLETIN-SSA-ACUERDA.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 376px) 100vw, 376px\" \/>Mediante pruebas r\u00e1pidas para la detecci\u00f3n del dengue, adquiridas por el Gobierno del Estado, las instituciones prestadoras de servicios m\u00e9dicos en Comond\u00fa podr\u00e1n mejorar la identificaci\u00f3n de pacientes e iniciar intervenciones oportunas con quienes presenten signos de alarma, inform\u00f3 la secretaria de Salud, Ana Luisa Guluarte Castro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Durante una reuni\u00f3n con autoridades del IMSS, ISSSTE, IMSS Bienestar y de los servicios m\u00e9dicos de la SEDENA y la SEMAR, la servidora p\u00fablica explic\u00f3 que estas pruebas tambi\u00e9n contribuyen a la notificaci\u00f3n epidemiol\u00f3gica de casos probables, informaci\u00f3n fundamental para orientar las acciones de control larvario y fumigaci\u00f3n hacia las colonias con mayor incidencia del dengue, enfermedad transmitida por el mosquito Aedes aegypti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La Secretar\u00eda de Salud realiz\u00f3 recientemente supervisiones en las unidades m\u00e9dicas del sector p\u00fablico de dicho municipio para capacitar al personal en la detecci\u00f3n y el manejo de la enfermedad, as\u00ed como revisar los procedimientos de atenci\u00f3n a pacientes con s\u00edntomas asociados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En estas visitas, se identific\u00f3 la necesidad de reforzar la notificaci\u00f3n de casos probables para facilitar la ubicaci\u00f3n y contenci\u00f3n oportuna de brotes mediante las labores de control larvario y nebulizaci\u00f3n que realiza el programa de Vectores, agreg\u00f3 Guluarte Castro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Como parte de las acciones de control, la dependencia estatal desarrolla un nuevo operativo de fumigaci\u00f3n en Ciudad Constituci\u00f3n para reducir la presencia del mosquito transmisor.
