en contraste, el Ayuntamiento de Loreto, como el Organismo Operador Municipal del Sistema de\u00a0 Agua Potable, Alcantarillado y Saneamiento (OOMSAPAS) de Comond\u00fa, no aprobaron sus respectivas cuentas p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El pleno aprob\u00f3 los dict\u00e1menes presentados por la Comisi\u00f3n de Vigilancia de la Auditor\u00eda Superior del Estado, que preside la diputada Gabriela Montoya Terrazas junto a la diputada Teresita Valent\u00edn y al diputado Fernando Hoyos, secretaria y secretario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El Ayuntamiento de Loreto\u00a0 obtuvo 38 observaciones preliminares, de las cuales solo solventaron tres, aunque el dictamen establece que, tras los periodos de aclaraci\u00f3n y revisi\u00f3n posterior, el municipio logr\u00f3 solventar montos adicionales mediante documentaci\u00f3n probatoria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En el caso del OOMSAPAS de Comond\u00fa, su auditor\u00eda gener\u00f3 50 observaciones sin solventar, las cuales no contaron con documentaci\u00f3n probatoria, representando 41.9 millones de pesos no solventados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En ambos casos, el Congreso instruye a las instancias competentes a dar continuidad al tr\u00e1mite legal de las observaciones, recomendaciones y acciones promovidas por la ASEBCS para el fincamiento de responsabilidades correspondientes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;
