Por el contrario, no fue aprobada la cuenta p\u00fablica ejercida por la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de los Derechos Humanos de Baja California Sur (CEDHBCS).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En sesi\u00f3n del martes 27 de octubre, la Comisi\u00f3n de Vigilancia de la Auditor\u00eda Superior del Estado, que integran las diputadas Gabriela Montoya Terrazas, presidenta, Teresita Valent\u00edn, secretaria, y el diputado Fernando Hoyos Aguilar, secretario, present\u00f3 a discusi\u00f3n los dict\u00e1menes correspondientes a los cuatro entes fiscalizables.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En su auditor\u00eda, el ITES Los Cabos registr\u00f3 39 observaciones preliminares, de las cuales justific\u00f3 27 mediante la presentaci\u00f3n de documentaci\u00f3n comprobatoria y justificativa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El FOIS de Muleg\u00e9 registr\u00f3 51 observaciones preliminares en gesti\u00f3n financiera y obra p\u00fablica, de las cuales solvent\u00f3 12. El Congreso le instruy\u00f3 medidas correctivas para evitar la reincidencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En el caso de PES, registr\u00f3 en su auditor\u00eda 20 observaciones preliminares, de las cuales solvent\u00f3 8 con informaci\u00f3n probatoria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, la CEDH registr\u00f3 20 observaciones preliminares en su auditor\u00eda, de las cuales solvent\u00f3 solo 5, dejando 15 sin comprobar, las cuales representan un importe por los 2.03 millones de pesos. El Congreso de BCS le instruy\u00f3 realizar las acciones y medidas necesarias en las \u00e1reas de administraci\u00f3n, manejo y ejercicio de los recursos p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En tanto, a la ASEBCS le instruy\u00f3 presentar las denuncias penales y administrativas correspondientes, e incluso tramitar el procedimiento de investigaci\u00f3n de faltas administrativas, para deslindar responsabilidades por los hechos y omisiones detectadas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En el caso de la cuenta p\u00fablica de la CEDH, el diputado Eduardo Van Wormer Castro, Coordinador de la Fracci\u00f3n de MORENA dijo en tribuna que las observaciones son particularmente preocupantes. \u201cExisten deficiencias documentales, cuestionamiento sobre los procedimientos de contrataci\u00f3n, incumplimientos administrativos y sobre todo una situaci\u00f3n que merece especial atenci\u00f3n de esta soberan\u00eda, las dificultades que enfrent\u00f3 la Auditor\u00eda Superior del Estado para obtener la informaci\u00f3n necesaria para realizar su trabajo.
