de BCS exhorta al titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Marina (SEMAR), Almirante Raymundo Pedro Morales \u00c1ngeles, para que explore la posibilidad de traspasar al Gobierno del Estado la ASIPONA-Cabo San Lucas, BCS, con la finalidad de que sea la propia comunidad de Cabo quien reciba todos los beneficios de los recursos que anualmente genera la instancia portuaria sectorizada a la SEMAR.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En tribuna, el promovente, diputado Sergio Huerta Leggs, puso de contexto que el exhorto da continuidad y respaldo al punto de acuerdo presentado el pasado 15\u00a0 de octubre en el que se conmin\u00f3 al Gobernador del Estado, Profesor V\u00edctor Manuel Castro Cos\u00edo dar soluci\u00f3n eficaz a la problem\u00e1tica en la Marina de Cabo San Lucas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En tal sentido, celebr\u00f3 la reciente postura del mandatario estatal frente a medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, en la que se\u00f1al\u00f3 su respaldo, \u201c[\u2026] <em>para que el Gobierno Federal traspase la ASIPONA de Los Cabos, que la administre API\u201d, <\/em>en palabras del gobernador constitucional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ah\u00ed mismo, record\u00f3 que la preocupaci\u00f3n atiende al deterioro de las instalaciones, que afectan a las importantes visitas para el desarrollo de actividades en el entorno marino, como la pesca, los recorridos a sitios de inter\u00e9s en la costa y actividades deportivas en el medio acu\u00e1tico; as\u00ed como de una propuesta de incremento de las tarifas por los servicios que presta la ASIPONA-Cabo San Lucas, que a decir de prestadores de servicio son desproporcionadas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">En la discusi\u00f3n del tema, la diputada Guadalupe Salda\u00f1a Cisneros (PAN) mostr\u00f3 su postura a favor del llamado a SEMAR, al concordar con los graves rezagos en servicios e infraestructura que enfrenta Los Cabos, pese a su elevada actividad econ\u00f3mica y recaudaci\u00f3n, y cuestion\u00f3 el que la marina administrada por la Secretar\u00eda de Marina no reinvierta sus ingresos en mejorar sus instalaciones, seguridad, limpieza y equipamiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el diputado Christian Fabrizio del Castillo Miranda (PRI), quien tambi\u00e9n se mostr\u00f3 a favor, solicit\u00f3 que el gobernador realice las gestiones necesarias para que la marina de Cabo San Lucas pase a ser administrada por API Baja California Sur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La XVII
