{"id":45807,"date":"2019-05-03T09:54:17","date_gmt":"2019-05-03T15:54:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=45807"},"modified":"2019-05-03T10:17:11","modified_gmt":"2019-05-03T16:17:11","slug":"entra-en-vigor-aumento-en-multas-por-usar-celular-al-manejar-en-los-cabos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=45807","title":{"rendered":"Entra en vigor aumento en multas por usar celular al manejar en Los Cabos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los Cabos, Baja California Sur.- \u00a0Contestar, llamar o enviar un mensaje mientras se conduce, ser\u00e1 sancionado por las autoridades del municipio de Los Cabos con multas de 8,400 pesos, medida la cual comenz\u00f3 a implementarse a partir de este primero de mayo, una vez que fuera publicada en el Diario Oficial del Gobierno del Estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cabe recordar que fue desde el pasado mes de marzo,\u00a0cuando el cabildo de Los Cabos aprobar\u00e1 la iniciativa para reformar el reglamento de Transito, con 10 votos a favor y 2 en contra, entre las cuales destacan tres cambios importantes en materia de transito.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La primera de ellas, sanciona la forma correcta de manejar; quien sea sorprendido conduciendo sin las dos manos en el volante, ser\u00e1 sancionado por las autoridades con una multa de 380 pesos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo los veh\u00edculos que transiten en los tramos municipales a lo largo y ancho del municipio estar\u00e1n obligados a contar con una p\u00f3liza de seguro que ampare los da\u00f1os a terceros, de lo contrario ser\u00e1n acreedores a una sanci\u00f3n equivalente a 40 Umas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Del mismo modo quien brinde servicios de transporte publico o privado sin contar con una concesi\u00f3n ser\u00e1 acreedor a una sanci\u00f3n de 300 Umas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ante estas medidas las autoridades descartaron la posibilidad de otorga descuentos a quienes cometan estas infracciones, pues dicha medidas buscan disminuir el aumento de accidentes y atropellamientos, en el municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los Cabos, Baja California Sur.- \u00a0Contestar, llamar o enviar un mensaje mientras se conduce, ser\u00e1 sancionado por las autoridades del<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":45808,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":false,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[40],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-45807","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-municipios"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
