{"id":45996,"date":"2019-05-07T15:22:33","date_gmt":"2019-05-07T21:22:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=45996"},"modified":"2019-05-07T15:40:42","modified_gmt":"2019-05-07T21:40:42","slug":"propone-ramiro-ruiz-reformar-ley-reglamentaria-del-congreso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/?p=45996","title":{"rendered":"Propone Ramiro Ruiz reformar Ley Reglamentaria del Congreso"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Paz, Baja California Sur.- El diputado Ramiro Ruiz Flores, present\u00f3 ante el Congreso del Estado, una iniciativa con proyecto de decreto, mediante el cual se busca adicionar dos p\u00e1rrafos al articulo 61 de la Ley Reglamentaria del Poder Legislativo del Estado de Baja California Sur, a bien de que se transparente la toma de decisiones al interior del congreso, evitando se generen conflictos de inter\u00e9s en el tratamiento de los asuntos legislativos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante su intervenci\u00f3n Ramiro Ruiz destaco que la sola disposici\u00f3n como actualmente est\u00e1 redactada, debiera de bastar para que los diputados no participaran en la elecci\u00f3n, resoluci\u00f3n o dictaminaci\u00f3n de un asunto donde tiene un inter\u00e9s personal; sin embargo, este principio es omitido por este Congreso en algunas situaciones.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-45997 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/IMG_8213-738x492.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"738\" height=\"492\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/IMG_8213-738x492.jpg 738w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/IMG_8213-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/IMG_8213-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/IMG_8213-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/nbcs.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/IMG_8213-600x400.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 738px) 100vw, 738px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dicha propuesta, busca complementar la disposici\u00f3n ya existente, para hacerla m\u00e1s expl\u00edcita, por ser consecuentes con un principio \u00e9tico que no solamente tergiversa y deslegitima las decisiones del Congreso, sino que adem\u00e1s inhibe la esencia misma del \u00f3rgano parlamentario que es el debate plural de las ideas, para que sea a su vez un fiel reflejo de la sociedad plural a la que se est\u00e1 representando.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalmente cabe mencionar, que dicha propuesta nace luego de que nueve diputados de la XV Legislatura del Congreso del Estado presentaran una serie de denuncias hacia doce diputados por los delitos de fraude, ejercicio il\u00edcito del servicio p\u00fablico, usurpaci\u00f3n de funciones p\u00fablicas, conflicto de inter\u00e9s y desvi\u00f3 de recursos entre las cuales resalta una serie de acusaciones referente al destino de los 337 mil pesos, en donde Rigoberto Murillo aun no puede solucionar su destino, sin embargo pidi\u00f3 un pr\u00e9stamo para pagarlo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Paz, Baja California Sur.- El diputado Ramiro Ruiz Flores, present\u00f3 ante el Congreso del Estado, una iniciativa con proyecto<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":45997,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"colormag_page_container_layout":"default_layout","colormag_page_sidebar_layout":"default_layout","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":false,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","default_image_id":0,"font":"","enabled":false},"version":2}},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-45996","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
